Well you are handsome pip, and with the upbringing that most men had our age it might take alcoholic inebriation for a heterosexual man to do such. Shouldn't be, but it is here in the states anyway. I instead had the lady he was hitting on on the other side of the table give me a ride home. She and I were the only sober ones in that cluster and we were getting weirded out. There's some people that just shouldn't consume alcohol. He sounds like one. You don't have to be a violent a$$hole to be in that group. Some people just don't handle it well at all. At least you got a ride and out of the situation. Was he just as tactless with hitting on her?

Yesterday was my first time ever buying drinks in a bar. I drank at a bar once before a couple years ago when a friend came into town, didn't get drunk but had a couple. This time I was just bored at the casino and had already holed up in the bar (which I do sometimes for my drawings) and it was more crowded than usual so I figured since I was occupying a table I might as well have something other than the free refill diet Coke I usually cradle all night. Three margaritas, $25. Not a habit I'm likely to pick up.

Yeah there are all kinds of margarita "beers", a lot from Bud I think. Lost of brews and brewers putting lime additives or flavoring to their beers. *gag* I know it sounds elitist but if you don't like beer disguising it's silly. I know I can't stand the taste of white wine, tequila or scotch. But I agree with your point. As a rule beer is much cheaper and more so from the tap. That was just a tangent above. But I haven't drank at a bar in years. Too expensive and I have no problem drinking alone. By now I'd probably prefer it if I ever did go out. Some people just can't handle their alcohol.

I've never had any of the margarita beers, I was just saying there are all kinds of beers that are delicious so you don't need mixed drinks.

I figured out how to get rid of the nasty glare! ... Yahoo! How did you lose the glare? One of my friend(s) made a gizmo that resembled a tent over my PC and that did the trick. It's snap on my PC and helps cut down the glare and helps with the reading and at the same time I increased my internet font from 100% to 125% and helps even further. Problem Solved.

She just told me in the car that the days where she'd accept that kind of "attention" were long behind her.

A few months back, I had to sign a permission slip for my son to be able to read To Kill a Mockingbird in his English class. However, all last week, the week before finals, my son's physics class watched the tv show Criminal Minds, all hour, every day, because there was a substitute teacher. I did not have to sign a permission slip for this.
Glad to see the school has their priorities straight.

I just ran into Brenda Boykin at a Café downtown and we ended up talking about our lives and music for an hour and there is a chance she and I will write a song about my breakup from my boyfriend together.
