San Andreas has some great scales of action and among the best CGI I've seen although it seems to take priority over scientific fact...but nevertheless, the 3D premium is worth it. The Hoover Dam and tsunami sequences are quite thrilling! I don't want to say to much and spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet. The Rock is quite good as a hero, but remember, don't go in expecting Oscar caliber material, it's more of a loud, entertaining thrill ride than anything else. Of course, I'm wondering what he'd really do in a 9.0 earthquake. Thanks ... I will see it on Sunday!

Spent the day setting up a work space in the garage to make my coin rings, and there's this giant chest I filled with junk, so I'm going through it so I can get it off my work bench, and I found a box of coins I couldn't sell when I sold off my coin collection. No silver but plenty of useable coins, including some Susan B Anthony's I've been wanting. So that was pretty cool. Overall about $40 face value worth of odds and ends.

Just took my dog on a walk, and she was such a wicked little jerk. And I found out why. She had to poop. And I was minus poop bags. She squatted and took a crap on someone's newly mowed lawn. And I didn't have poop bags. Funny thing is, I have a sling pack that I carry on walks because this is, basically, me when I walk my dogs: I have everything from my wallet to hot pink vet wrap, to a ridiculously large dog water bottle. But as my dog is squatting there, I'm all but dumping the entire contents of this bag onto their lawn, looking for poop bags. I had to hurry and leave. I was so embarrassed. I had to be THAT a-hole. *sniffle* I miss the ol' days. You went outside and took your chances.

I like pets (read: cats) that poop in a box in my laundry room so that I never run the chance of something like this happening. No early mornings, no late nights, no rain or snow or ice, no bitter cold or scorching heat to ever deal with; just poop in a box.

And even though you clean it regularly, it will still be the first thing you smell when you walk in the door. And your furniture, curtains, etc. will be shredded, and there are these things called hairballs. At least cat food doesn't smell any worse than dog food. I have two Siamese. It's interesting that the country isn't called Siam anymore, but the cats are still Siamese.

No early mornings, no late nights, no rain or snow or ice, no bitter cold or scorching heat to ever deal with; just poop in a box. But I'm allergic to cats. And rats (though, I did have pet rats). I don't always have to walk my dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that they can run and play in (when I'm out there with them). I play fetch with my youngest dog, but sometimes she just needs a bit more. So, I walk her. Plus, she is TERRIBLE for nail dremmeling (seriously, she really should be, like, hog-tied for it), so walks help file those nails down. I don't mind the walks. But, no, in extreme weather conditions, none of mine get walked.

And I remembered poop bags on our walk today. I didn't even need them.
That's my life.

It's interesting that the country isn't called Siam anymore, but the cats are still Siamese. I clean their box every night, right after dinner. Since the laundry room is on the other side of the kitchen, usually whatever has been cooking in the kitchen overpowers any kind of aroma, and they don't generate enough in any given day for it to be a problem. Front claws were removed years ago, as they only stay indoors, so I don't worry about things getting shredded. Hairballs are a bit of a pain to clean up, but that is what my wife is around for (I kid, I kid...somewhat).

No. But that doesn't lessen the guilty feeling.

Back to Computer Nightmare, I had 52 Updates on my Windows 7 Computer (using Chromebook now) and took me over 2 hours to get those 52 updates done. Then, with my Nephew Instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 11 and that's took me another hour (and three times over again) and the darn instructions did not uninstall it. I don't use Internet Explorer at all because in my own mind is a piece of worthless junk.
So. my Nephew and I are going to try something else and because I spent 3-4 hours on the dang computer - I'm not going to log on the rest of the day and thinking taking the rest of the weekend away from the dang computer.
On top of that I had to uninstall Skype and I don't use it at all. I spent another 30-45 minutes to uninstall it and this time I succeed doing so.
So, I see you guys on Monday.

But I'm wondering what set off this torrent of updates.

But I'm wondering what set off this torrent of updates. I have spent additional 3 hours off and on this past day and discovered that only way to delete Internet Explorer 11 is through Adminstrator Function - and my Administrator is my Nephew and I just discovered it just about a half hour ago. I just hide all my updates regarding it and leave it for him to delete it. I sent him an e-mail about it and he will be shocked to discover my finding. I haven't got any more updates since then and I'm just wanted to let you know what is the problem was.
