There she is right now!   That's a nice one. She was just so natural and talented in front of the camera. Every mood or pose or experession seemed 100% genuine, not a manufactured photo set. This is one of my favorites. It among a few other shots I bought of nice reproduced glossy stock photos that I bought some years back from ebay. I framed and hanged them among some Bettie Page artwork as well. She's got just as much wall space a the kids do.  |

*sigh* I made a grilled cheese sandwich, and I forgot to turn the burner off and left the pan there. But in my defense! today has been overly hectic with things not going as planned, and 'tis the season and all of that. It was awful. The pan is new, too, and now it's messed up. The FedEx guy came to the door for me to sign for a package, the smoke detector went off, and my dog started howling (and if you have ever seen a pit bull howl, it is so odd because they look like old people without any teeth), and my house still stinks. And I thought my husband would be mad because it's a new pan, but he is more concerned about teflon burning and being toxic and me breathing that in, so now I'm probably going to die. And I just want to get this collar listed and get my workout in. You can't really die from teflon can you?! Maybe? I have not googled it. I don't want to google it. lol. |

Maybe? I have not googled it. I don't want to google it. lol. I think it just makes you sick when inhaled. I haven't Googled it either. If that happened to me, I would blame cheese; it's the main thing keeping me off my otherwise almost completely vegan diet. So I buy and eat it in anger. omg you are the best. I just laughed so much. I needed that laugh. Because today has not been funny so far. Well, I mean, now that everything is okay, I can mostly look back and at least laugh at my dog throwing his head back, and doing the weakest howl, with his old-man-no-teeth-face, almost whistling to match the pitch of the smoke detector. |

You can't really die from teflon can you?! I don't know, but my wife refuses to use or own teflon-coated pans. She thinks it's toxic and nothing google says will convince her otherwise. |

The link has lots more details. A related note: Glide dental floss is made of teflon. |

If I had health or religious reasons to not eat meat, and I was convinced of said reasons, I could pull of being a vegetarian. But no way can I give up dairy, eggs, and nuts .... I gotta have those on a more regular basis than meat now. I admire your convictions, but couldn't do it myself. |

So far I have: Betty (Rat Queens) Betty Rubble Betty (Archie) Betty White Betty Dean Are you just looking for those who use the nickname Betty or, since it usually derives from Elizabeth as the given name the nickmane is used in place of, are you also looking for all the other Elizabeth's who use either their given name or another derived nickname...Beth, Liz, Lizzy, Bette, etc.) Because that list might fill up the rest of the internet  -M |

Betty Brant, if I have her name right, from the Ditko Spider-Man - which reminds me, whatever happened to that character? Di they just forget about her after MJ Watson and Gwen Stacy came along? I almost think I can recall her getting married off to someone but that might be wrong. Sure! Old characters never die! She ran the gamut of supporting characters, I believe, perhaps excluding being turned into a cyborg or having a death/resurrection story. She briefly started flirting with Peter again at some point; got married to another supporting character who turned out to be the Hobgoblin (and then, later, not), became a widow, became a badass, almost died during the brilliant "sin eater" story arc... You know, the usual. She never joined the Avengers, though. |
