This is something that is going to get hinted at for Christmas for me from my wife.

Your pic is not showing up (for me?). Is it a pupper?!?!? yep, though almost out of the puppy stage (he's 3 years old). -M The pic isn't working for me either. What breed? Because in some breeds the puppy stage can last almost up to death.

I can't see the image either, and contemplated that it might be an actual bear! 😱

Hmm tried to load it with a url from my email, and that isn't working it seems, so now have uploaded pic to photo bcuket and will try again here... Bear is a 3 year old chocolate pit bull. His previous owner was the daughter of one of my wife's clients who was moving away to school but couldn't take Bear with her, and her folks had too many animls in the house to add another, so he has come to live with us. -M

He is a beautiful dog. Seal in color, too, it seems (my personal favorite). Congrats on the new addition.♡ He will probably be a blast and a complete goofball.

I've got about 15 minutes left of Cape Fear (90's remake) and I can't stop thinking of Simpson's episode Cape Feare. Is Cady going to sing the entire HMS Pinafore at the end? It's like I know this is a serious thriller, and this is the first time I've ever watched it; but all I can think of is the Simpsons references. (Down to Cady hanging on under the car.)

When does the hiatus begin? Or is it already over? I'm here every Tuesday for the Voting for the Cover Contest and participate in the Cover Contest on Wednesday on a part-time basis. The rest of the week; I will be gone taking care of things and that will be done by January and/or February.

Has anyone else gotten their calendar for 2017 yet? I settled on a Mary Cassatt calendar for the next year. Cassatt was a painter from Pennsylvania who worked amongst the Impressionists in France. It was a toss up between Cassatt, Degas, and Renoir for me. But I already had a Renoir calendar this year, so I figured it was time for a somewhat lesser known Impressionist to hang on my wall.

I picked up ours the other day during a "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" deal at the store, since I was buying one each for my wife and daughters. It is Castles, and not only European ones but global ones as well; it looks like a couple from Asia and at least one from South or Central America along with the usual European offerings.

I like the Peanuts daily calendar. I haven't picked one up for 2017 yet, though.
