My wife and son picked out this shirt for me when he was shopping online spending one of his gift cards. I have to say they did well. m.imgur.com/a/qOdLv 👯❤🍺 Cool. Is that Snorlax? I'm guessing. I watch cartoons, so... I don't think I have maternal instincts, but my cat gives me presents sometimes; hairballs. Hmm. If he could learn to write with a sharpie and steal a lighter, I bet he would give me this... "I learned it by watching you, Mom. I learned it by watching you!" 👯❤🚬 Yes it is. When my youngest son got into Pokemon about 2 years ago all I knew about Pokemon was an episode of the 90's cartoon that had Snorlax in it. So that's my "favorite" Pokemon though I know nothing about them. Coupled with my taste for beer it was a perfect match. :-) As far as smoking. You maybe on to something. My wife's all about uppers between the amount of smoking she does and caffeine she intakes. Holy lord. I'll take my downers thank you. :-)

Because of things like this: Buneary is the small one. Oh. I actually don't smoke tobacco, I smoke that other stuff. *ahem* "I learned it by watching you Mom" was me trying to interpret my cat I think; I'd like to think he would call me "Mom" if he could. I should've used a cat picture in that post... I'm overexplaining myself probably. I don't know. I remember my son telling me about the Pokemon that wears his mom's skull on his head to remember her dying and though this shit is heavy for a kid. I've only tried it once about 5 years ago at 35. Wasn't my bag. Hyped me up more than I wanted. Always thought it was a downer from the smokers I hung out with in high school. So I'll stick with my booze. :-) My wife learned her smoking and caffeine intake from her mother too so I can get that concept. My parents rarely drank however so my addiction is all my own.

My teenage son has a 32" HDTV in his room and a PS3 (capable of broadcasting any streaming services or Internet videos and plays DVDs and blu-rays) and he's been watching something for the last 30 minutes (I can hear it in our room) on his fricking phone! I can't say much about this scenario, I do the same thing. PS4, 32" tv, remote next to me, and I'm watching Netflix on my phone in bed. To be fair, my controller is usually across the room charging on the stand by the system and I'm too cold and lazy to get up for it, but still.

Just saw a news report that Gerard Jones, author of Men of Tomorrow and many comics, has been arrested on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography, some of it involving children as young as 1. I've interacted with Jones quite a bit this last year and the thought that he is involved in anything so reprehensible is revolting. If the charges are true (and it sounds like they have a pretty solid case), he deserves whatever the law dishes out. Damn it. Cei-U! I summon the major bummer!

A very intelligent, and otherwise respectable, author. Men of Tomorrow was one of the best histories of comics I'd ever read. Please don't let this be true. I see it now on Wikipedia, mostly reliable but not 100% accurate due to its nature. Cei-U, where had you gotten this info ? Not doubting, just curious.

The news report I linked to is by a reporter for the San Francisco Chronicle. The arrest is a fact. Jones' guilt, at this point, is not, but...

Cei-U!I just don't know what to say about this and please keep us informed and I just shocked when I read about this just now concerning Gerard Jones. Any info would be most appreciative. I'm stunned when I read this just now.

RR, have you seen Nocturnal Animals? It's the second movie I've seen starring Amy Adams in a short time where she's quite impressed me. Very intriguing film. Jake Gyllenhaal, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Michael Shannon all bring their a-game into it as well.
