OMG I hope this is not true. A very intelligent, and otherwise respectable, author. Men of Tomorrow was one of the best histories of comics I'd ever read. Please don't let this be true. I see it now on Wikipedia, mostly reliable but not 100% accurate due to its nature. Cei-U, where had you gotten this info ? Not doubting, just curious. The news report I linked to is by a reporter for the San Francisco Chronicle. The arrest is a fact. Jones' guilt, at this point, is not, but... I was catching up on some comics news sites and saw it on Heidi McDonald's ComicsBeat.com too. So disappointing. I hope there's some kind of reasonable explanation and it wasn't him.

RR, have you seen Nocturnal Animals? It's the second movie I've seen starring Amy Adams in a short time where she's quite impressed me. Very intriguing film. Jake Gyllenhaal, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Michael Shannon all bring their a-game into it as well. No, but on that recommendation I definitely will! Thanks, Mormel!

Nocturnal Animals was my favorite movie of 2016 by a country mile. It wasn't at all what I was expecting going in, which is becoming more and more rare anymore.

I like Amy Adams, but I don't really have much of a stomach for violent movies; it depends. I don't know if I can see it. I wouldn't recommend it if you can't watch violent movies. The violence in this movie is really meant to hit the viewer hard.

Mountain Dew is gross and I thought I was going to have a heart attack the last time I drank it. I 💜 it. Must be beastly cold. And in a glass. I cannot drink soda from a cup.

I missed this one too, and now it looks like it was already here and gone. Maybe it'll come back to one of the smaller theatres around here.

I 💜 it. Must be beastly cold. And in a glass. I cannot drink soda from a cup. I can't "do the Dew" without losing a night's sleep, but when I did drink soda I liked ginger ale more. It's EXTREME... ly boring. I've lost my craving for soda or soft drinks, which is good, but have unfortunately developed a taste for those Red Bull-style drinks. I buy the cheap knock-off ones at the Dollar-store sometimes. But recently I got the idea of trying "sparkling water", and to my surprise have found them pretty satisfying.

I rarely drink soda by itself (it's almost always in a mixed drink if I have any), but I do enjoy having a Coke with a freshly-grilled hamburger in the summertime.

I used to drink soda 75% of the time. Now it's down to around 45%. I'm hoping to get it down to 10% this year. I already drink coffee black without sugar in order to get rid of added sugar in my food.

I already drink coffee black without sugar in order to get rid of added sugar in my food. If mine doesn't have cream and sugar it just won't go down my throat. Although, I don't mind a cup of plain, boiling hot water. I have several of those a day.
