The problem is that it is spilling over into other threads.
Then report it. We have an all-volunteer mod staff. They cannot see everything, nor can they automatically assume someone is bothered by something if no one tells them. I'm no rat. But I'm tempted... |

It's not being a rat. This is your community too. Plus, as Shaxper has said, there is a Politics thread specifically to keep politics out of other threads. And we can easily move stray posts home to the Politics thread with no harm to the poster. |

As a teacher, three kinds of kids come to me to report stuff. There's the kid who just wants to get others in trouble, the kid who is genuinely getting bullied/hurt, and there's the kid who doesn't want his friend to get into a fist fight that gets him suspended or sent to the hospital. I wouldn't call the last two rats. Would you? |

My grandfather used to always laugh at the "really love your peaches, wanna shake your tree" line, so I guess I'm carrying on some kind of legacy with my random status update that happened when I had nothing better to write. |
