I can't get sexually excited about squiggles on paper With the exception being the work of Alberto Vargas Now I'm trying to imagine which comics I'd have liked to seen Vargas draw. The Black Widow, perhaps? Or Englehart-era Avengers with Mantis, Moondragon, and the Scarlet Witch? Or Valkyrie in the Defenders ... |

Ms. Tree and Rocketeer would be obvious choices, I think. I feel you on Rocketeer. Ms. Tree...not so much. Michael Tree wasn't the glamour gal type. OK...I've never actually read Ms. Tree, to be fair. It just seems as if she's forever in stockings and suspenders on every cover I see from that series. |
