This week let's keep Mr Wrightson's legacy alive and post one of and/or your favorite Bernie Wrightson cover. My choice; a comic that I bought just for his cover ..... The Cover Contest Constitution:- Post one, and only one, classic cover that fits the theme of the contest. - Cover must be from a published comic book or collected volume published before 1 February 2007. - Covers must be posted before voting begins. -Voting takes place on Tuesday, 8 February 2017, beginning at 12:01am PST and ending at 11:59am PST. - Vote by posting the name of the poster whose cover best fits the theme or that you simply like the most. - Put the name in bold.- The winner of the contest is the entrant with the most votes after the voting period ends. - The winner chooses the theme for the next week's contest. - If you don't think the cover fits the theme, don't vote for it; please don't post disparaging remarks about it. - If a cover is more recent than the classic time frame, kindly point it out so that the poster can choose an alternate before voting begins. And in case you haven't been paying attention... The Razormaid Cautionary Clause
Warning: When using Wikia as a source for posting pictures-The original size of the pic is reduced considerably when it's reposted. This is wikia's way of saying don't tag our bandwidth.

Not the horror that he's known for, but I enjoyed this series, and love the cover.

One of the gems of my collection (but this isn't my copy). It's a large TPB from 1971, 52 pages, b&w with color cover, with half a dozen stories all written and drawn by Wrightson.

Granted everyone will have to chose a single winner, but is there anybody who would not click like for every cover Wrightson has ever done?

chickenpocket, I liked The Weird a lot too. I was suggested by a LCS employee because I like Starlin. It was also close to the same time as reading Batman The Cult and Batman/Aliens. So one of these around that time, along with my OP cover were my first Wrightson exposure. Icctrombone, That was a consideration for my OP cover as well. Rob Allen, that's going on my want list. Though it seems it is quite scare for some preliminary searching
