Surely I could get all of them if money were truly no object...?

And also, of course, have a house -- or rather, I'm sure, a mansion -- large enough to accommodate them all.

Welcome to CCF, johnkeyt! The more the merrier!
I used to have Tales of Suspense #39! It was a low-grade copy I bought in the 1990s for $125. It was graded Fair, so I was sure it would have pages missing or the cover would be detached or coupons would be missing, but I called about it and got it through a CBG ad.
It was all there! It was pretty beat up, with pinholes in one corner and some grease stains and some tape and lots of creases, but the cover was attached.
In addition to the Iron Man story, the other stories are pretty good too. Steve Ditko draws a ghost Viking!
I sold it when I was finishing my master's degree.
I wonder how much it would cost now?

Nice , some day I will find one . I look a a copy last weekend in rough shape for 700 bucks detached cover missing a page and wrinkled up pretty good . Grade was like .5 at best . And they were firm . If it had all been there even with a detached cover I more than likely would have bought it . But some day I will find one . Thanks mars .

Yeah for high end keys like that things like the Marvel Milestone and DC Millennium Editions are the closest I will come to owning them in original format... for Tales of Suspense I do have this though... and one of these for good measure... but even with money as no object, I think the originals of these are out of my league... -M

Batman #73, it's just a fun, goofy comic where Joker gets his own utility belt. This is also one of my favorite covers of all-time by the best Golden Age Batman artist...Dick Sprang!!
