I can think of two:
Laura Vandervoort as Supergirl on Smallville. There were a lot of factors working against me ever liking it: I'm pretty neutral on the comics character itself but have a strong dislike of derivative characters of that kind in general (e.g. She-Hulk, etc); Smallville was not a very good show, and her character wasn't written any better than the rest of it, but something about her performance won me over. Part of it was her look, of course - but there have been lots of attractive actresses who have given performances I haven't liked, so it wasn't just that.
Along the same lines, Yvonne Craig as Batgirl. Again, I like her look, but also there's an attractive personality that comes through in her performance, though very different from Vandervoort's Supergirl.
Actually, now I think of it, I'd say Lois Lane on Smallville as well: can't stand the comics character, but the actress brought a sense of humour to her performance that I found enjoyable.

You made some good points about Laura and I do like her character as Supergirl and I've wished that they did a better job with her costume - it's looks a bit slutty ... that's my opinion and her boots were awful. Thanks for sharing it.

Yeah, the costume wasn't very good, was it. IIRC, it didn't appear in the show much - she was usually just in street clothes, like everybody else. But somehow she managed to get across that she was an alien from another planet much better than the guy who played Clark Kent did.
