That Undersea Agent issue .... that dragon looks a lot like Fing Fang Foom. I was thinking it looked like his (Kane's) Abomination. The Undersea Agent issue is cover dated August 1966, so it pre-dates the Abomination's first appearance, which was dated April 1967.
