Have yet to see Black Panther or Spider-Man homecoming but here's how I rate the rest, based on nothing but my emotional reaction to each:
1. The Avengers 2. Iron Man 3. Captain America: Winter Soldier 4. Captain America: Civil War 5. Avengers: Age of Ultron 6. Thor 7. Captain America: The First Avenger 8. Guardians of the Galaxy 9. Doctor Strange 10. Ant-Man 11. Thor: The Dark World (didn't like it at first but it grew on me) 12. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 13. Iron Man 2 14. Iron Man 3 15. Thor: Ragnarok 16. Incredible Hulk
Cei-U! I summon the checklist!

^Definitely count Hulk, as it is part of the MCU, the one with Edward Norton anyways.
I wouldn't say there have been any bombs. Again, I tend not to be a stickler and need things to match the comics exactly. I enjoyed the newest Spider-Man the most since the first two done with Tobey Maguire. I also think the three Cap movies are the strongest personally as a trio, followed by the Avengers flicks. Guardians is just silly good fun and with zero connection to the characters in the comics (I have read one issue that features the 70's GOTG team in a Defenders issue), I enjoyed these as fun movies. Thor has been a bit all over, with a decent start followed by a slower high fantasy sequel followed by "we want to be silly to appeal to the movie fans" flick that I did not love. I do think I need to rewatch Thor: Dark World because I think I would enjoy it a lot more now. Also, I initially felt Thor: Ragnarok wasted Surtur but technically he is still out there which is good because I wanna see a good ole battle with him and Thor.
Dr. Strange was good enough for me, I think it did a good job taking some of the crazy scenery we see in Ditko's artwork and adapting as best as it can to the big screen. The showdown with Dormammu was weak though. That could have been improved.
I will agree that the Netflix stuff is on another level. Almost like how you have police to take care of the lower level crime and the army to deal with major threats. The Netflix characters are in the trenches and they shows there have done a fantastic job. I am behind on a few but they have been consistently enjoyable to watch. I am hoping a character like Moon Knight eventually gets treatment via Netflix as well but I fear that Disney doing its own streaming channel may end the collaboration. If they can keep pumping out the same content on their own site, fine, otherwise I worry about the future of the Netflix MCU.

Sorry, Incredible Hulk.
Hulk with Bana was the worst...worse than Daredevil and Ghost Rider IMO.

Worse than Ghost Rider?? I actually quite liked some of the first Hulk film - the CGI isn't great, and it really goes to crap in the 3rd act, but it does have some nice bits in it. Ghost Rider on the other hand is just abysmal from beginning to end

I think I liked Wes Bentley's Blackheart, but otherwise it was garbage.

Ghost Rider on the other hand is just abysmal from beginning to end GR doesn't count as part of the MCU, which has a generally-understood starting point with the first Iron Man. It falls into a category with the Blade, Fantastic Four, X-Men, and first two sets of Spider-Man movies, in that it features a Marvel character but it not part of the shared universe. As well, I would bet that if you asked Marvel, they would probably tell you that the Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider from Agents of SHIELD is the official one in the MCU, not the Nic Cage version.

My rankings, based on personal enjoyment, not technical merit of the film:
1. Captain America: Winter Soldier 2. Captain America: First Avenger 3. Captain America: Civil War 4. Iron Man 5. Avengers 6. Ant-Man 7. Guardians of the Galaxy 8. Thor 9. Black Panther 10. Iron Man 2 (solely because of Sam Rockwell's portrayal of Justin Hammer) 11. Thor: Ragnarok 12. Doctor Strange 13. Avengers: Age of Ultron 14. Thor: Dark World 15. Iron Man 3 16. Guardians of the Galaxy 2
Have not seen Spider-Man: Homecoming yet.

1. Avengers: Age of Ultron 2. Iron Man 3. Ant-Man 4. Guardians of the Galaxy 5. Spider-Man: Homecoming 6. Captain America: The First Avenger 7. Avengers 8. Black Panther 9. Thor 10. Captain America: Civil War 11. Guardians of the Galaxy 2 12. Doctor Strange 13. Iron Man 3 14. Thor: Dark World 15. Captain America: Winter Soldier 16. Iron Man 2 17. Incredible Hulk 18. Thor: Ragnarok
This is a rough order. Different movies have different strengths, so it's not necessarily an apples-to-apples comparison. Also, there are several MCU films I haven't seen since they were in the theater, so how I felt about them isn't fresh in my mind.
I like Age of Ultron more than most people do. The reception was lukewarm compared to the first Avengers, so I wondered if maybe my memory was fooling me. But I rewatched it a few months back and still really liked it. I think I actually liked it more rewatching it. To me, many MCU villains aren't nearly as interesting as the heroes, so the movies lag a bit when we spend too much time with the villains. But Ultron (and the Maximoffs, to the extent they are villainous early in the movie) are among the most compelling MCU villains. Plus, Age of Ultron has a lot of scene when the heroes get to work off each other.
I love Ant-Man! I realize I'm an outlier on this, because it's one of the lowest grossing Marvel movies. Paul Rudd's Scott Lang is perhaps my favorite MCU protagonist. He and Evangeline Lilly's Hope Van Dyne have the best chemistry of any MCU character. Michael Pena's Luis is one of my favorite supporting characters. The humor works.
I rate some of the more "epic" films like Winter Soldier and Iron Man 3 lower than many other people. That because some of these films dragged at points. Either the action sequences went on too long, or it seemed like the beats were too monotonous and not varied, or the villains couldn't sustain my interest, or they were just too long. I think I discreetly checked my phone to see the time in both WS and IM3.
I'm actually glad to see so many people rate Thor: Ragnarok so low. I was beginning to feel like the stick in the mud that didn't get what the rest of humanity realized was an obviously fun movie. While some MCU movies had moments made me apathetic, Ragnarok is really the only one that had lots of moments I actively hated. The humor didn't fit tonally with prior Thor movies. It's hard to relate to characters for the dramatic moments when it doesn't feel like organic humor arising from their personalities; instead, they were all performing all the time. It's like Robin Williams turning the antics three notches too high. I got the impression that director Taika Watiti thought the whole super-hero thing was an object of derision to be mocked. He's not laughing with comic book fans; he's laughing at them. Also, Tessa Thompson always seems like the bratty character I first saw her play in Veronica Mars. I didn't like her performance in Westworld either.

1. Iron Man 2. Black Panther 3. Guardians of the Galaxy 4. Thor: The Dark World 5. Incredible Hulk (Norton) 6. Thor
As far as I'm concerned, those were the only MCU films with any true substance to them, mostly in the form of strong character arcs. Iron Man 3 tried but derailed badly. The rest were popcorn-chomping fluff that were fun at the time but left no real impression for me. Had Joss Whedon done a solo Black Widow film prior to Avengers 1, that probably would have made my list too.
Note: I have not seen Captain America: Civil War, Thor: Ragnarok, nor Spider-man: Homecoming.

10. Iron Man 2 (solely because of Sam Rockwell's portrayal of Justin Hammer) EXACTLY. I really really really dislike this film but love Same Rockwell in it.

These are my rankings for all Marvel movies I've seen, not just the current MCU continuity:
1. Spider-Man
2. Iron Man
3. Marvel's The Avengers
4. X2: X-Men United
5. Spider-Man 2
6. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
7. Captain America: Civil War
8. Thor: Ragnarok
9. Black Panther
10. Avengers: Infinity War
11. Ant-Man
12. Daredevil (preferably the Director's Cut rather than the theatrical release)
13. Blade II
14. X-Men
15. Captain America: The First Avenger
16. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
17. Guardians of the Galaxy
18. Doctor Strange
19. X-Men: First Class
20. Blade
21. Thor
22. Avengers: Age of Ultron
23. Iron Man 2
24. The Incredible Hulk
25. Hulk
26. Spider-Man 3
27. Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
28. X-Men Origins: Wolverine
29. Blade: Trinity
30. X-Men: The Last Stand
31. Fantastic Four
32. Ghost Rider
I'm way behind on my movie watching, so yeah, I still haven't seen The Black Panther (even though I love the character) nor any of the rebooted Spider-Man movies, nor the newer Thor movies, nor the newer X-Men movies, nor Deadpool or Iron Man 3, to name a few.
I like Daredevil a lot more than most people, especially the Director's Cut. I'm not quite as high on the Guardians movies (though I definitely did enjoy them) as most people, and I am also contrary to most people in liking the first Spider-Man movie more than the second one. I'd say the top maybe 17 or 18 on my list are good, and it's not until you get to about #25 that I think the movies are actually bad. 25-29 I have no desire to see again.
Edit: I added the three MCU movies that I've recently seen, in bold, to this list.If I take out the non-MCU movies, then here's my list:
1. Iron Man
2. Marvel's The Avengers
3. Captain America: The Winter Soldier
4. Captain America: Civil War
5. Thor: Ragnarok
6. Black Panther
7. Avengers: Infinity War
8. Ant-Man
9. Captain America: The First Avenger
10. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
11. Guardians of the Galaxy
12. Doctor Strange
13. Thor
14. Avengers: Age of Ultron
15. Iron Man 2
16. The Incredible Hulk
