Please note: I have modified the rules to include video games as a permissible source for adaptation, as per the suggestion of coke & comics. Cei-U! I summon the Atari Force!

With any luck my stuff will arrive in time for the challenge to begin. But that would be a Christmas miracle... Coming soon to the Hallmark Channel - A Classic Comics Christmas Miracle.

My main problem is that if I go strictly with my favourites, I'm likely to have 12 Robert E. Howard stories, since thus far I don't rate any of the others I've thought of as highly as I do the REH ones. For example, I like Marvel's John Carter series but I can easily think of 12 REH comics or stories I like better. But maybe I'll remember something else later on.

I'm having a similar struggle, both with Conan and with Planet of the Apes, so I'm going to restrict myself to my single favorite adaptation of each property.

Similar to coke & comics my collection is in storage and unsorted.
By god, 2019 is the year I'm getting them re-boxed and sorted.
I've got a feeling I'll be selling off a good amount of it as well as I've done at different times over the years as well.
Anyway, yeah my write up will be coming off memory and not having the actual comics in front of me.
Next Christmas I'll be able to actually access my collection !

I had a similar problem when Brian had the recent poll for 10 favorite Stan Lee stories. If I'm being honest, that's at least 8 Spider-Man stories, but I didn't want that, so limited myself to 3 Spider-Man stories to make room for variety. But it meant my list was a bit of a lie.

Ha I was in a similar issue earlier, as I said then all my initial picks were by Corben and while that would certainly be a worthy list in my eyes I think it would be a chore to write up(never mind for you guys to read!) so I'm trying to stretch a little.

So who else is voting for that time Daredevil met Uri Geller?
(I may not actually be voting for that time Daredevil met Uri Geller.)
Edit: My phone autocorrected Uri to Uti twice.

Okay, you all have my attention. All your posts have served to give me ideas. The next thing to do is look through my collection and see which books on this subject I actually have.
