Have they ever attributed that cover to an artist? Is it Maurice Whitman by any chance? I've always thought like many of the last Fiction Houses that it's really nicely colored too. |

Yes, it's Maurice Whitman. I just love his work; and this cover with its camera angle and the exquisite detailing has long been a favorite of mine. And I agree about the coloring; it's used to great effect. I would love to know who did this cover's colors. |
