Almost impossible to choose amongst all these great covers from people like Wally Wood, Jack Kirby, Kaluta, Hernandez ...

The future is now! And so are the results:
O brave new world to have Farrar in it, and 8 votes. The future is looking bright for beccabear67, who scored 5 votes. It wasn't quite hondobrode's time, as he scored 4 votes. Waiting for their time are Prince Hal and Icctrombone, with 2 votes each. And it's back to the drawing board for MDG, outsider, james, codystarbuck,, and chaykinstvens, with 1 vote apiece.

Congrats Farrar, great cover! Disappointed my Manning Magnus cover didn't get any votes, but the future ain't what it used to be.

My cover didn't get any votes, either, so I can only assume everyone spilt coffee on their laptops whenever they scrolled by mine.

Thank you, everyone, I'm so glad you liked that cover! As usual there were so many great covers submitted. @taxidriver1980 your cover was cool and kirby101 , fwiw your Magnus cover was actually my second favorite. Farrar, I wasn't familiar with Maurice Whitman, thanks to this beautiful cover, I now am. My pleasure! I love it when others have posted covers by artists new to me, such as William Ekgren, here in the Cover Contest; so I'm glad when I get a chance to pay it forward ...Is that an upside-down city floating in the background?!? It sure looks like it could be, and isn't that an amazing detail? There's so much going on; the cover is like a story unto itself (and according to GCD the cover is not connected to any interior story in that particular issue). I also love how the stereotypical gender roles are reversed and that the captives in the spaceship are mansels-in-distress. New contest up shortly!

O brave new world to have Farrar in it... I may make this my tagline No doubt about it, foxley's the Bard of CCF.
