I've always loved Doom Patrol and Robotman, the nucleus of the team.
You know where I especially liked Robotman the best ?
You'll never believe, but it was in the last incarnation of My Greatest Adventure by Matt Kindt, that I loved Robotman the most.
I suspect most didn't buy it or know of it, but it's really solid.
Didn't think I'd like the other features, Garbage Man or Tanga, but they weren't too bad.

My girlfriend is a geek but didn't care for it; didn't hate it tho either.
She didn't expect to like Shazam but liked it.
Anxious for Swamp Thing.

The season finale just aired yesterday. Sat down with it this morning.
It's the reveal of a character we figured we'd see sooner, but, there she is.
That should be interesting.
I've been impressed with Morrison characters being integrated, and more on the Cyborg angle, much better than I thought it would be.
Very surprised and like how the Showcase characters were included; wondering if the post-Morrison characters will show i.e. Nudge, Fever, Freak, Fast Forward, Kid Slick, Grunt, Nudge, Vortex, etc.
The ratings have been sky high, so I think we can expect a Season 2.

I'm thinking of watching it ... I have a friend who have Netflix and might watch in a day or two. Based on comments that I'm reading here and seeing commercials and it's looks really good.

Never dreamed there would be a Doom Patrol show and especially that they could pull it off well.

I finished Doom Patrol this weekend and it was so good! I enjoyed it much more than Titans. Great balance of drama, humor, fun, and bizarre super heroics. Bring on season 2!

With the high quality of both Titans and Doom Patrol I'm especially looking forward to the upcoming Swamp Thing and even though I like her slightly more than Deadpool ( not much ) I'm eager to see what they pull off with an animated Harley.

I just watched the first few shows and I do find it very good and I can support @mrjupiter & hondobrode assessments and I just find the show just done with class and it's has that Comic Book appeal. |

an article at IMDB advises of a rumor that Doom Patrol may be up for cancellation following Swamp Thing's cancellation. Hope it is just a rumor as I really enjoyed Doom Patrol.

I think that’s incorrect; DP has very good ratings.
ST’s cancellation is because of funding. NC was supposed to pay WB $ 40 M to film in NC and only paid $ 13 M which WB was counting on to help bankroll filming; filming immediately wrapped at 10 instead of 13 episodes as soon as word broke.
