Looks great in that the concept is it should be his 1st tinkering together of his ensemble of tools needed to battle crime. Especially, as the idea they are hoping to get across is that much if not ALL his original gadgets are self-made. He would of course have to keep it all stop secret hush hush or people would figure out rather quickly that something is going on with the rich guy buying up military grade materials! Stripped down, lean, mean and built for speed is the way to go since Bats has to get to places ASAP. It reminds me of the Neal Adams look. Yep. That was what I was thinking. That Adams sedan from the 70s.  That said, I have less than zero interest in yet another Batman reboot. DC has damn near 90 years of history and can't seem to move much beyond Batman and Superman. |

And yeah, it is weird that they just can't seem to get their selves together and make decent movies. The characters themselves are more archetypal than the Marvel heroes so you'd think it would be easier but history says otherwise. Still, despite rebooting yet again we've been told it isn't an origin story so we'll atleast get a new story here. I'm not sold so far so my hopes aren't high but it could surprise me. |
