Opinions about the "new" Moon Knight in Jan? Marvel has said Marc Spector will die in Dec. If it's Hunter's Moon for a bit as a replacement I'd be down.

Yeah I felt the same way. MacKay has been stellar for me with Moon Knight and his Dr Strange.

The one I'm really torn on is Wonder Woman. The art looks great but Tom King is the writer and I have not really liked his previous stuff.

Cross-posting this from the European Comics thread on the main page, as it's also relevant here: A little over a year ago I reviewed a then newly-published book in Croatia, Martina Mjesec, which is a translation of a book published in France as Martine Moon (in turn a collected translation of a Croatian web comic). Well, now this material is also being made available in English according to an e-mail notification I just received from the Panel Syndicate... More details on the actual comic at the above link, or at the Panel Syndicate site. For those who may not be familiar with it, the Panel Syndicate offers e-comics from a number of creators and they let you name your own price. Previously, I purchased the series Private Eye (by Brian Vaughn and Marcos Martin) from them, but haven't really been paying attention to their later releases and now I've noticed they've got a bunch more cool stuff available, including a series by Ed Brubaker and Marcos Martin that looks really interesting, Friday (the seventh issue has just been released). Edited to add: the latter series might interest you in particular, Slam_Bradley

Attention all fans of Jeff Smith and Bone in particular: Smith has launched a Kickstarter campaign to publish the complete proto-Bone strips that were published in a college newspaper during his student days in the early 1980s. More information at the above link. This one looks like a pretty sure thing, as it has currently secured over six times the amount of its funding goal of $30 thousand (and it went from just under $188,000 when I first opened the campaign page about 15 minutes ago to well over $190,000 now).

That's the first non-Scott Harris Kickstarter I've supported in a long time. I just felt like this was a pretty sure thing to get done in a reasonable time after getting burned a number of times.

Hello, friends! I just wanted to mention that issue #2 of my epic fantasy series Quest is now live on Kickstarter. It's a Bronze Age style swords and sorcery adventure, so if that sounds like your sort of thing, maybe you'll like it! 🙂

Matt Wagner & Kelley Jones have a Kickstarter for a new Dracula book. This is where the old-school funnybook creators are at.

seems like a good deal... he's got over 100K pledged. I think we may see more and more of this in the future.. work for Marvel and DC to get a name, then kickstarter the stuff you want to write.
I'm not really a vampire guy, but it's nice that it's a reasonable price.. sometimes they charge a trade price for a single comic of material.

Mark Russell and Mike Allred are coming back together this time to bring their unique take on Batman with Batman: Dark Age. I only thought Superman: Space Age was just alright but I can't say no to Allred's art so I'm sold.

I was pretty disappointed in Superman: Space Age... with the expectedly high price tag this one will probably be a pass for me. Russell is far better with his own stuff.

Green Arrow has been upgraded to an ongoing. First it was a six issue mini series than a 12 issue series.
