I voted for Blue & White. It's actually one of my favorite all-time superhero costumes. The Red & White one looks nice too, but I think the Blue & White looks better, and also more appropriate for someone called "Angel".
Also, I think Jean's redesign is the worst of the bunch. Don't give up your day job, sister!

But blue and white is PERFECT!
Red and white and gold? That color scheme works only due to the fact of so many blue clad heroes it helped him stand out a bit more. But RED is more suited if he is an Angel of Hell.

Can I go with the Golden Age Angel instead of Warren?  a costume (and character) I like much better than Warren. -M I agree. Love this version. That picture is awesome. I think that is from the Marvels Project series? |

This one:  Once the original X-Men moved past their yellow and blue uniforms, this was a great upgrade. Slick and very striking in the right artist's hands. |

More something out of the Saint, actually. Paul Gustavson, who did the Human Torch, also did the Angel. He wasn't as prominent as the Trio (Cap, Su-Mariner and Torch); but, he lasted a while. marvels Project retconned him as a doctor, treating the dying Two-Gun Kid, who leaves him his Colt Peacemakers. |

I've never liked the character, but yes, the blue and white is best. Yeah, he generally tends to be dull (though sometimes the right writer gives him a nice touch of humor) but I was more interested in the costumes than the character. I'm kinda thinking of doing this for Wonder Man for more or less the same reasons. I'd love to do it for the Wasp, but she's had so may costumes it would probably take me 5 pages to list them all! |
