I'm not caught up on the Arrowverse shows, but this is going to be amazing as they are pulling out all the stops.

I've seen the 1st season of Supergirl and the 1st four episodes of the 1st season of The Flash, so yeah, not all that familiar with the Arrowverse. I'll probably check out some clips when they inevitably hit YouTube.

I don't watch any of the CW shows regularly but I am looking forward to watching this event.

This is looking to be a fun mini-series. The only thing that will be disappointing is that with so many "universes" being on display is that I believe the hype machine has overblown the fact that :many" of these will be nothing more than a scene clip with little to nothing of the stars involved doing anything of significance. The Spotlight is on the core Flash/Arrow/Legends teams (as it should be) so much of what has been hyped is nothing more than stunt casting to draw viewers attention to watching that might not otherwise watch the CW shows regularly. A bunch of nice "Easter Eggs" to be certain to put smiles on faces of fans who appreciate and recognize the moments but in the end may be far more disappointing if expecting more..

Oh, I don't know if I'd go so far as calling it stunt casting. The CW TV shows have always had a habit of paying homage to previous incarnations of DC TV shows -- Christopher Reeve, Margot Kidder, Terrance Stamp, Dean Cain, and Teri Hatcher all appeared on Smallville at one point or another. I consider this more of the same, just on a larger scale.
This crossover is very much looking to be DC/CW's version of Infinity War and Endgame. Going by that, I don't think any viewer can reasonably expect all of the characters to get significant screen time. My guess is that Tom Welling, Erica Durance, and Burt Ward will be making brief appearances, just enough to give a nod to their respective franchises and perhaps a few amusing quips to their alternate universe counterparts ("How come Clark is so much taller on this Earth?"), while Brandon Routh looks like he'll be having a larger role as the Kingdom Come Superman. I suppose the latter is easier to pull off since he is already a cast member on one of the shows, so he's really just playing another part.

I expect that everyone will have what amounts to a cameo, as we see various Earths destroyed in the Crisis.
Nevertheless, as a hardcore DC fanatic, I love seeing them pay homage to everything that's come before.

Several of my friends are positively giddy about this. Not me. I don't follow the shows and my hatred of the original Crisis is well-known, so I have absolutely no incentive to watch. Still, for the sake of those aforementioned friends, I hope it kicks ass.
Cei-U! I summon the total indifference!

That would be brilliant... playing with the multiverse just in the spirit it was created!

I wonder if they're gonna go the stupid route and completely destroy the multiverse like the comic did, or make the Crisis a "partial multiversal collapse" which'll leave a plurality of Earths intact after the storyline's through.
