Coming as a shock to no one, Disney has pushed the release date of this back indefinitely to avoid the coronavirus affecting the box office.

The new release date for Black Widow is November 6, 2020. Basically, each MCU movie with an announced release date was shifted back to the release date that had been announced for the next movie to preserve the release order. So Black Widow takes the date that had been scheduled for The Eternals, The Eternals takes the date that had been scheduled for Shang Chi, and so on.
The one exception is the 3rd Spider-Man movie starring Tom Holland, which of course is a Sony movie while being part of the MCU. As of now, it's still scheduled for July 2021 release.
