This weeks Which One staying on subject: Popsicle or Fudgsicle?
Popsicle all the way for me. Summer favorites: banana, grape and root beer. Also love the old fashioned Red/White/Blue "Bomb" pops (now called Firecracker I believe) that would freeze out your brain cells before you were finished with it. The other fave of mine was the Mange/Cherry Monster sized bullet bar, as the taste was insane and the size had it lasting longer than a regular popsicle. These days the variety of flavors is amazing and its always a nice summer treat during the long hot days here in Arizona.
What's your choice?

So Popsicles by default.

Feel much the same as Slam Bradley on popsicles vs fudgsicles. I tend to avoid food that is too cold or too hot - so ice cream was never one of my top desserts, even as a kid, and I've never developed the coffee or tea habit.
I did used to like the "twisty" ice cream we used to get as a treat on Sunday drives as a kid. And I don't mind a cup of tea now and then but it isn't something I'd go out of my way for.

This weeks Which One staying on subject: Popsicle or Fudgsicle? Fudgsicle all the way. My grandparents used to always get these Sugar Free Fudge Pops that were so darned good, I would eat two at a time.
(I've also heard that they also make banana fudge pops too, really want to try those out)
I'll usually only really eat Popsicles if they're of the "bubble gum eyes/cartoon faced" variety (because I'm 5)
Also for a while, Popsicle had their own mascot, Man Of Popsicle, that I remember rather fondly

Fudgsicles all the way. Frozen chocolate is better than frozen sugar water.

Between those two, it's Fudgsicles. But I might take a Creamsicle over either one.

I also iked Mr Feezes, though you had to get them just at the right point between completely frozen and completely melted. Somehwere in between those extremes was the optimal degree of slushiness and you had to finish it off before it melted into a disgusting sugray liquid.

Popsicles are the food of the gods when you are recovering from (usually abdominal) surgery and haven't had solid food in a while and they are the first thing besides ice chips you can "eat" but other than those times, I never consume them.
I liked fudgsicles much better when I was a kid, but haven't had one in at least a decade, maybe two.
If I had to pick one today, unless I was recovering from surgery again, it would be fudgsicle grudgingly.

No, Creamsicles are vanilla ice cream surrounded by orange ice. Both Creamsicles and Fudgsicles were spinoffs of the original Popsicle product. What you described is what I think of as a standard Good Humor bar (with a stick) or Eskimo Pie (without a stick).

edit: I think this was it: Polar Bars

Orange/Vanilla Creamsicles were a wondrously rare treat for us in the 70's. That and the local neighborhood Ice Cream truck Mr. Softy and the occasional Thrifty's Store soft serve ice cream cone. Along with maybe once a month a Dairy Queen Slush Freeze drink with my dad while mom was doing the monthly major grocery shopping (the only DQ "near" us was the one by the grocery store which was 45 minutes away). Those were the long gone 70's when the neighborhood grocery store wasn't a block away and they supplied a very large and many miles circumference of neighbor"hoods".

A new Which One: Peanut Butter and Jelly or Peanut Butter and Chocolate? Which is the favorite match up for you all? Above and beyond form me it is the PB and Grape Jelly (occasional change up with Strawberry) sandwich which does it for me. Growing up poor it was a spring and summer affordable mainstay for feeding 3 growing boys lunch and/or snacking during the long summer school break. One bite of a PB/Jelly sandwich today instantly brings back memories of youth and happy times for me. A definite feel good sensation we all can use and appreciate.
That means the runner up is PB/Chocolate. While I like Peanut Butter and Chocolate Reese's Cups (very tasty refrigerated), some of the more outrageous creations ruin the combination with either too much Peanut Butter or too much Chocolate. The original and simple Reese's cup is just the right taste combo for me.
Remark away folks...

Just peanut butter. Or just Jam (Jelly). Never the twain shall meet. You Americans are nuts!
