Was watching an episode of Vice's "Dark Side Of The 90's" (Vice always does some amazing documentaries) and they were talking about Infomercials. One that they brought up, which I thought was interesting, was the "Psychic Friends Network". The was one when I was growing up called "Miss Cleo" featuring a woman with a fake Jamaican accent. My mom actually accidentally called her one time and they called her back immediately trying to set up a "reading". While I do think that there most certainly more to our world than meets the eye, I don't appreciate people being taken advantage of (even the guy who founded the Psychic Friends Network confessed that he felt so bad that he later turned to drinking)
