Hot Rod Racers #7 from Charlton My brother used to buy a lot of those racing comics. Never got into them much, but they were laying around the house, so of course I read them.

I tend to think of Jack Keller as the primary artist on those Charlton "hot rod" comics, but that cover is signed by Pat Masulli (who was also the editor) and Rocco Mastroserio. And the new one is by Joe Kubert:

You know I looked right at the cover's thumbnail on GCD when going through Catwoman covers and totally missed it was the one....grrrrrr

D is for Doug(Lock) NOTE: I'm not entirely sure that character was actually Douglock in this story... it just goes with the theme That makes 4 for 4thpip... Ozy's lead is down to 1!
