I must admit that it's unlikely any of you have seen the original cover, but the clues I have given should let you find it. You are much more likely to have seen the alternate covers.

I know I've seen that before. but for the life of me I can't remember where.
If I were to guess I'd guess that Pip used it for something at CBR once upon a time.
