Pretty much the whole catalog of the Panatonix would count I would think.
And around Boston these get a ton of air time on the radio stations at Christmas:

I remember when "The Little Drummer Boy" was considered a new Christmas song, back in the early 60s. I'm guessing the Bowie-Crosby duet that incorporates "Drummer Boy" is no longer exactly a new song, either. But here's the world's most beautiful new Christmas song by far... Insulin hits and barf bags available as you leave. Also a chiropractor if you need to be remanipulated. This song makes me weep on a bad day.

They also apparently made a movie inspired by the song But yeah, they've stopped playing Christmas Shoes were I live, I think because of how horribly depressing it is

The one I never really liked and still don't like is Jordy Lemoine's It's Christmas C'est Noel
I think it was from some movie in the 90s.

“Father Christmas” by the Kinks is one I’m always glad to hear. It almost by itself will cleanse Jose Feliciano from my aching head so I can struggle through to the finish line of the Happy Holidays season.

A few more:
Here in Japan, where they don't really know how to do Christmas, Last Christmas and All I Want for Christmas is You are practically on a loop.

That is probably one of the worst songs ever, not just Christmas-themed, but for the holidays, it’s down there with “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer”, “Dominic the Donkey”, “Last Christmas”, “Wonderful Christmastime”, and “Hippopotamus for Christmas”, all of which are just flat-out abominations.

Here's The Kinks, for reference....
It's bigger in the UK, but Slade's "Merry Christmas, Everybody" gets a ton of play here, now...
Nick Lowe's "Christmas at the Airport gets quite a lot of play, 'round my parts....
Still, I have to go for The Damned, for the perfect Yule classic....
I always give a listen to this 60s classic....

For those of you needing a respite from the glurge of "The Christmas Shoes", I offer you "Fabian" from comedy trio Tripod's Christmas album For the Love of God.

I always give a listen to this 60s classic.... Other than some metal bands covering Christmas classics (and I do *try* to refrain from injecting metal into every music discussion), I couldn't think of any new-ish Christmas songs worth a darn. It seems everybody else is going back further than I was thinking, so I'm also giving my thumbs up to this one, and Cody's contribution puts me in mind of The Heat Miser and Cold Miser songs, which are two of the best. I intensely dislike most other aspects of the holiday, but I do like a lot of the music. This probably isn't a Christmas song to most people, but our house played The Marvelous Toy along with the other Christmas records in December, and I still play it for myself every year: Removing my self-imposed metal straitjacket for a moment - Dio and Iommi covering God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen is so satisfyingly menacing.
