I really like Wayne Howard (who did a bunch of Charlton Horror) and I believe that issue of Team-Up was his only work for Marvel.

I bought myself a late Christmas present today at my LCS. I never read it.  After this year's Classic Comics Xmas, I decided that 2106 must be the year that I pick New Frontier up and read it. |

Ya know, I really liked it, but I think it's the kind of story that can easily get too hyped. I wouldn't set your expectations exponentially high. It's a really solid and original take. |

LOL...well, I don't want to rush into an impulse purchase. After this year's Classic Comics Xmas, I decided that 2106 must be the year that I pick New Frontier up and read it. Ya know, I really liked it, but I think it's the kind of story that can easily get too hyped. I wouldn't set your expectations exponentially high. It's a really solid and original take. I'm not an especially big fan of Darwyn Cooke either, but it looks (and sounds from various folks here) like it'll be well worth reading. |

Free the book, flip the cover and enjoy the comic as it was meant to be enjoyed. Unless you're looking to sell it again for a profit or something, of course.  |

(golden age books often had multiple stories, often featuring other characters as well and I don't know if the MW has the entire contents of that issue so I am asking). -M |

Wow, that's a great find, CW! I'd crack it open, because I'd want to see the letters and ads and such, but then I don't know how much that lowers the value, so maybe if I did I'd think twice.
