Every time I read some new revelation about this movie, it just boggles my mind how anybody could screw up the FF that much.

It loosely sounds like the story in Ultimate Fanatastic Four. Which, mind you, was terrible. I actually liked the setup in UF4 - it was an interesting modernisation of the original concept. It all went horribly wrong later, but I don't think the first couple of years of the title were the problem

Miles Teller (M. Fantastic) reacts to fan reaction to Hacker Doom reveal and tells everyone how proud they are of the changes they made and what they have done... Spinoff online articleOy! This movie is going to have to be absolutely spectacular to overcome the negative mojo it has garnered from stuff like this, and nothing I have seen in the slightest leads me to believe that is possible. Oh Roger Corman where have you gone..... -M

I came back when Carey was on the title and thought it was decent. It's been a while since I read it, but didn't Doom have hooves?

I don't get how they keep screwing up the fantastic four. There was a great FF movie... except that it was titled The Incredibles.

I hate to say it, but except for Elektra and Catwoman, I've seen or meant to see every comic flick
Unless this gets good reviews, which I highly doubt, I'm passing, much as I'd love to see a good FF movie.

It's been a while since I read it, but didn't Doom have hooves? Oh I agree, Ultimate Doom was awful - and the (equally awful) Doom in the previous 2 FF movies was far more like Ultimate Doom than "real" Doom

I would be impressed if that were true. There have been so many this past decade. I tried to keep up but failed. I think I've even lost track of what I haven't seen. I've seen every Marvel/DC superhero movie since Blade with two exceptions: Catwoman and Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance. That's a bit easier as there have only been 41 of them. I consider the 2005 Fantastic Four film to be the worst superhero movie I have ever seen.
