From what I've read myself and heard from others, Grant Morrison tends to misstep every time he has to write an ending. It kinda makes sense when he really has no consideration towards other creators endings. If it's not his character it's not his problem. Tear it up! It's one thing to kill a character but he will kill a characters future effectiveness.

Peter Cannon, Thunderbolt (Charlton and the 90's DC series)
Genis Vell's 1st series. They only put the first 6 in trade and some of the best stories were from 7 -20

I bought The Flash:Savage Velocity trade, not too long ago, and it really got me interested in the post-Crisis reboots and such. Sadly there doesn't appear to be much out there except in omnibus form and most of those are out of print.

Two people have mentioned the Black Goliath series...they did actually include all 5 issues in the 3rd Ant-Man/Giant-Man Masterworks. That's actually the main reason I picked up that volume. I'd actually like to see some soft cover Masterworks reprints. The originals have gotten really pricey.

Have they ever reprinted the George Perez Inhumans issues? (Outside of an omnibus)
Marvel Presents Guardians of the Galaxy?
Marvel:The Lost Generation
A few DC series I'd like to have are Power of the Atom, Hawkman(Howell), Roger Stern's Starman.
They're not anything special but they ain't bad.

The non-Jim Starlin Captain Mar-vell stories. Before and after there's about 40 issues out there.
Pre-Starlin Warlock. (Not picking on Jim, I love his stuff)
Black Goliath
Epic Collections of Marvel Westerns. There is a load of stuff out there.
The Deluxe Comics THUNDER Agents stories.
The Tom Peyer Hourman series.
New Wave (Eclipse)

I'd have no problem with Superman being a monster. Make Batman a bad guy and I'm completely sold.

I don't think "Cinema Age" is too far off the mark for the last 20 years. Superhero dominated? Sure but there have been quite a few non-superhero films made i.e. Art School Confidential, Tintin, Sin City, 300 and Scott Pilgrim.
Perhaps Multimedia Age with all the films, TV and video games that are tied in.

It doesn't seem right that most "eras" are 10 to 15 years long but the "Modern Age" in most reckonings is around 30 years and climbing.
Now, where the split in the modern age would be...I haven't the faintest.

Heard this might be a good bet? I'd say it's a very safe bet. A lock. I wonder how Marvel Spotlight 28-29 are gonna do.

I've read that Archie Goodwin created 4 of the New Universe titles and started the writing on 2 of them (Nightmask and Justice). Does anybody know what the other 2 were?

I wish Marvel did a collection of Millie the Model, Chilli etc....and DC did Scooter, Debbi etc.
Seconded. I'd also like to see some Marvel western collections. Just 20 or so Kid Colt stories would do.

The list is missing Joe Maneely so I went with Mike Parobeck. I would love to have seen much more from him.
