I'm not sure there is anything more fantastical than Thor.

I gave in and now have my first 'True Believers' comic... Groot! It's actually pretty darn cool, the original Groot story plus a Hulk (not thee Hulk) from a Journey Into Mystery from the same time period. I just hope I don't get hooked on getting these, even just the Kirby anniversary ones... Thinking about starting to collect True Believers. Seems like a nice cheap little niche of collecting. Your post and that pic are pushing me harder towards it. Thanks.

I was thinking "Other" for Keith Pollard but Mooney edged him out.

Sal Buscema, Don Heck, George Tuska and Jim Mooney (I've always dug his Marvel Team Up work)

Wikapedia is good enough on its own for no more cursory glance at some facts.
The thing that kills me is how few people use the the reference numbers and external links that wikapedia often does provide. If you're not sure how accurate the article is they give you plenty of options to do some research on your own. A lot of people just can't bothered.

I could easily see Kirby and Maneely making things quite easy for Stan by splitting 10 titles between the two and never have to worry about missing deadlines.

There is a Byrne omnibus and a Golden Age omnibus coming in the fall. That's if you like to celebrate with unwieldy reading material that could be injurious to your lap.

Parobeck art is wonderful. Loved his work on The Fly (Impact) as well.
Gone way too soon.

Maybe Inspector Gadget has the same bag of tricks as Shaman from Alpha Flight?

Lots of great options out there for you Slam.
May I suggest Black Goliath, Aztek and Argus (not sure if it was a mini-series)

The only two X titles I was reading at the time we're The Hidden Years and the mini series Children of the Atom.
Afraid I don't remember much about either. Remember them being so-so.

This looks really great. So much talent involved.
Hoping that Mark Bagley jumps on board.
