Finished it this evening. Man, that was good. Right up there with the best of the modern Marvel films.
Still haven't started my taxes.

So far I've only seen the first episode. Did the two kids' taxes over the weekend. Ours is already done, just waiting to send the federal because we owe them money.
But the first episode I thought was quite good. Looking forward to watching more.

I finally finished it!
Okay first off let me say that the actors do a good job at playing these characters. I especially liked the Kingpin/Willson Fisk. looks & acts just like him in the comics. For most of the season Murdock the black outfit but by the finale he is fightin fisk in the Daredevil suit. It isn't until the finale he is named Daredevil, and the suit is awesome! At the end Daredevil has the dark voice like Batman. By episode 9 Matt's partner Foggy learns his secret so there is some tension there. Karen is still in the dark about Matt's secret. There are a few nice scenes with Matt & Karen nothing romantic yet. Foggy & Karen have a few good moments too. Matt's does have a brief romance with nurse Claire who learn his secret when she fines him in a dumpster bleeding.
The one thing I disliked was that they kill off Ben Urich near the end of the season, and I really liked him. In the series Ben works for the New York Bulletin instead of the Daily Bugal. I'm guessing that did that to keep it separate from Spider-Man's world when Marvel reinvents him in the MCU movie franchise. As I said it's very violent especial Fisk who beats the crap out of anyone who pisses him off. It's more bloody then watching an episode of ShowTime's Dexter which is really saying something.

I binge watched 9 episodes in 1 evening and the last 4 the next morning. I can't say for sure, but I haven't heard any plans for it, or any of the other Netflix series, being anywhere but Netflix. I'm assuming it will eventually come out on DVD like the other Netflix original series? But I haven't heard anything, so no date.

Yeah when the deal was first announced, it was mentioned as a Netflix exclusive, not just a Netflix original-so I doubt you will see it appear on anything like Hulu or Amazon Prime (at least until the DVD/BlueRay release) as then it wouldn't really be exclusive now would it?  -M |

I watched the first Daredevil episode tonight, it is well done. I'm not really that interested in the super hero TV shows and haven't really gotten hooked on any of them at all.
