my weight this morning was 177.6.. so up a little less than a lb from last week.
again, still under 180. . which was my stretch-stretch-goal.
but would like to see it closer to 175, since I'm still exercising every other day!

Back down to 160.2 this morning, tantalisingly close to the 60lb loss mark - hoping to hit that over the next day or two, then probably going to call it a day with the weight loss and start eating more for muscle growth. Well that went well. Since then I've kept to my calorie limit, ridden 126 miles on the bike and done 3x 1-hour sessions in the gym. And I've gained a pound.

If your goal is to bulk up, excessive biking might run counter to that.

I've been looking over my numbers for the past year and I saw that my high in weight was 223.4 in April 9th. I'm claiming that as the start point from now on. As for this week, I have been inconsistent with my eating and the weight lifting has come to a stop. I have to get back to it. Today's weight in was 198.6 which means I'm not losing like I was. I know that I must be more diligent in prepping my food this week and hitting the weights.

My total loss in 2016 is 24.8 pounds. I have 23.6 pounds to reach my goal.

I went from 255 to 253 in two weeks! ... Got home from playing two matches and we won both of them! ... Our record after 14 games is 13 to 1.

I'm not eating enough salad and my excercise has come to a halt. I also got into the habit of eatin dates and they have a lot of calories ( 20) per date. I have to make the adjustments.

2 weeks into the AllPro weights programme and I think I'm already starting to see some improved definition in my chest and arms. Of course, I might be deluding myself, but I don't think so.
Weight continues to bounce around 161-162. I'd like to get a bit lower to shed the last of my belly, but I don't think it's going to go.

well, OK then.. . . Been depressed since I weighed myself on Sat, and was 182. . so up over 7lbs from my lowest. . but was hoping that some of it was water weight, since I've been eating a lot of Asian/Thai food. . so very salty. today was a weigh day, so got on the scale: 175.6 (so DOWN almost 6lbs).. so I guess it *was* water weight. Put me in a really good mood.. Only up ~ 1.5 lbs from my lowest weight of 174#. yay.

Happy for you bert. I've been in freefall in the last 2 weeks and I weigh in tomorrow. There has been some personal stuff that has been bothering me and I've been lazy in prepping my food for the day. I'm just not feeling it lately.

well , I weighed in this morning and I gained about 2.6 pounds in a week. And I earned it.

But yesterday I turned it around ,in a sort. I lifted weights and ate in a proper way.

I'm still at 253 and I had to drop off a message at the pool this morning to inform my teammates that I can't participate in today match. I left the message to my coach and they have one man short for today.

I couldn't resist and I weighed myself this morning. I was 198.8 Down from 202.4 yesterday. No way I lost a "real" 3.6 pounds in one day. It must have been Water/waste that my body was holding onto.
