I lost 1.8 since last Tuesday for a total of 12.8 pounds lost.

It feels like a struggle but I'm hoping this time around is the last as far as going over 200.

I got on my bike for the first time this year. I rode only 2.2 miles and it felt like 25 miles.

This weekend my wife is going away upstate and I am without a car. I plan to log some miles on my bike from Friday to Sunday.
* Edit- I have ridden 24.12 miles in the last 2 days.

I went running for the first time in a loooooong time this weekend. Ran/walked 5 KM and darn it my legs and back hurt. But it felt good.

These are my numbers so far-

That makes it a 3.2 pound loss since last Tuesday and a 16 pound loss overall. I rode almost 25 miles thes last weekend on my bike and I'm thinking that it helped , but it's funny that the pounds lost didn't really register until Yesterday and Today. I have 18 days left until my HS reunion and I want to look as lean as possible. I have to admit I hate doing this a few times a years and just want to keep off the carbs and sugar from now on.

got on scale this week, after working pretty hard the past couple of weeks (although there were some "cheats" here and there . .including Pizza & soda on Wed this past week).
but I kept up my walking on Thurs & Friday, and went out dancing last night, so those 2 hours count as exercise too.
anyways, as of this morning: 184 lbs.
so very pleased with that, even tho still 9 lbs up from my lowest (but 4lbs down from two weeks ago).
much of it likely water weight (I sweat a LOT last night). .but still, I'll take it.
and overall, still 61 lbs down from my starting weight well over a year ago!

I stumbled a bit this past week and gain .4 pounds. I discovered that I was eating too many almonds and macadamia nuts . Add to that the BBQ that I had in my house Sunday past and I guess I should be happy that it's only up about half a pound. I'm checking in ahead of my usual Tuesday weigh in to report I am Under 200 !!!
199.6 as of yesterday and I have 7 days left until my HS reunion. I'd love to be under 195 by then.

Yesterday I ran 5 km again, well honestly I walked/ran because me bag started to hurt up hill, and then worked out with a friend for a while later in the day. I have lost about 7 kilos in 2 months so I am somewhat happy about that although I do plan to lose quite a lot more this summer. Hope everyone else is doing fine.

Just back from a break - having managed to gain 7 pounds in 9 days. Which is not really what I was looking for, though in the circumstances, not as bad as it could have been. Diet control back on, bike back out on the road today - let's see if it comes off as fast as it went on!

I'm sore from all the walking we did (that's a HUGE amusement park). . .but yeah, don't think I lost anything. back on my diet/exercise plan on Monday -- fresh week, fresh start.

Yesterday I weighed in at 199.2, which is my lowest number in this reducing cycle. My HS reunion is today , so I expect to eat and drink whatever tonight. I start my second phase of reducing Monday.

I've been weighing in at around 195 for about two years now. I wish I was losing, but at least I've stopped the upward trend.
