Swam for 3 miles today and down to 250 a loss of 2 pounds in 2 weeks.

Today I weighed in at 186.8, that's 31 pounds down since April.
April 18 2017 -217.8 August 18 2017 -186.8
I still haven't been exercising but I'm staying away from Sugar and Carbs.

I realize that I'm in the dog days of eating. I was 186.8 Friday and Saturday but ate lots of bad things. Cookies , soda, sandwiches with bread were among the bad things. I'm 188.4 this morning, but on the bright side, I have been under 190 for 14 days and under 200 for 76 days.

I weighed in yesterday, and although I'm still a bit heavier than I'd prefer, at least I'm going the correct direction (finally).
down ~2 lbs. . .
189.4
so overall, up about 14 lbs from my lowest, but back below 190, and trending the correct way, if I can keep it going.

Just checking in on September 1st-
April 18- 217.8 Sept 1- 186.6
31.2 pounds loss, but I've been struggling this month. Despite eating off plan 3 times yesterday , I went to my lowest of the year ( 186.6).

Down to 249, just came back from my gym and did the stationary bike, weights, and swam a half a mile today.

I weighed in today at 186.8. The week of eating sugar had little effect because I balanced it out by good meals and Intermittent fasting.

Up to 251, due to a Birthday Party that I attended last Wednesday Night ... workout today and swam 3 miles getting ready for Water Polo in a month.

Yo - sorry for the lack of response, I haven't been on here much lately.
Pretty minimal progress to report - I'm at 176.2 this morning, up 16 pounds from my lowest weight, but down a couple from the peak I hit after holiday a couple of weeks ago. Still struggling to make any progress on the weight, and feeling motivated to get my calorie input under control.
Cycling is going OKish, I've already exceeded my best ever annual total, and closing in on 3000 miles for the year, which I should hit next week, but the intensity has definitely dropped off: the online competition I was in has died, and with it went my incentive to do anything more than commuting.
Weight training has been a disaster - haven't been in the gym for about 8 weeks - work has picked up and I'm really struggling to free up the time.

Hey @simongarth, You came down from the 220's that's an awesome achievement. Are you comfortable in the 170's?

Not in the slightest! I reckon I need to get down to mid 150s to shift all my belly; not sure that's achievable though. I want to get down to at least 160, and then maybe bulk up for a bit before cutting again with a larger lean mass base.
