With Water Polo and all that playing 2-4 matches a week and this is a very high energy activities and it's very easily to eat tons of food after a match and I'm still at 246-250 pounds and it's wavers between those numbers.
Our team is doing better than last year and we have a 7-1 record now, last year we were 5-3 a two games improvement in the win column due to better passing, scoring, and playing great defense.

I played a water polo match today - unexpectedly and having played 3 matches this week all wins and I'm down to 245 today and feeling really tired. Lost 3 pounds in one week.

Just checking in. I was 189.6 this morning and I still have house guests . It's making it difficult to get to 180 with all the off plan eating and drinking. I really hate going up from the 180's and I have several times in the last week. Sound off guys, what's happening @bert, @simongarth,@mechagodzilla .

I will weigh myself on Friday after my Water Polo Match and right now - I'm at 245 presently and I should be hitting the 240 mark in a week or two because of Water Polo. I have a match Tomorrow and Friday; and my pants and jeans are getting baggy.

I really hate going up from the 180's and I have several times in the last week. Sound off guys, what's happening @bert , @simongarth ,@mechagodzilla . I've been having a rough couple of weeks so had been avoiding the scale, and this thread, to be honest. so much going on, and just so busy, that I've been slacking on my exercise (only 1 or 2 times a week instead of 4), and not being as strict about what I eat (not that I've been gouging on fast food, but a soda here and there, and food from a food-truck, or pizza).. so yeah, was feeling down. trying hard to get back on the program, but fighting a minor depression, I think. (or could be a mid-life crisis.. don't really wanna delve into it here). . . anyways, I plan on doing my walk today, and I did go on Sunday. I weighed myself yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised to be 187.8#still up ~13lb from my lowest of 175# (about a year 1/2 ago), but actually a little lighter than I had been 2 weeks ago (when I was 188.4#). so either hasn't caught up to me yet, or my metabolism stayed up enough that not too much gain happened. hopefully can get back on track.

I played one half of a match today and weigh myself today and down to 243.5 - loss of 1.5 pounds in two days because I wasn't that hungry and stay away from fatty foods for a change. I'm taking it easy the rest of the day and watch more movies.

Yesterday I finally bought new pants. It's been a while since I could fit in a size 36. I can't wear pants that are falling off me anymore.

Came back from a double-header in Water Polo today and we won both games. 9-3 and 7-1. Scored 3 goals in the 1st Game, and 2 in the 2nd. 5 goals in one day!
Our record is 12-3 this year and we are halfway through the season. All-Star Game this Friday ... got selected as the Starting Hole Set this year.

Just checking in. I was 191.8 this morning. Now that my guests left last Friday, I can prepare my food and get back under 190. How are the rest of the gang, @simongarth, @bert, @mechagodzilla ?

Icctrombone - I'm at 240 pounds now and that's contributed to Water Polo activities and thanks for reminding me. Lost 3.5 pounds in 10 days - I'm sorry that I didn't report it last Friday.

Right. As of today, I am 178.8, which I first got down to in December 2015, meaning I've given back all my progress over last year and made none at all this year (in fairness, I've probably put on a couple of pounds of muscle to mitigate that, but even so).
Now is the time, the time for action!
I have 7 weeks from now until work finishes for the year - I'm going to set a target of 7 lbs off, and 700 miles on the bike, over those 7 weeks. The former may be a bit of a stretch target, but I need to get my trajectory back onto a downward trend, and get back into logging my eating properly, and get out of blowing my calorie limit.
I'm going to go back to logging my weight on here most days, for accountability, which seemed to work pretty well in '15, so let's see how it goes.

I would love to be 175. Cut out the carbs and sugar and the weight will fly off. Good luck, SG.

All-Star (Water Polo) Match played today and I shared the honor of being a Co-MVP today scoring a hat trick in the 2nd half leading our team to 11 to 8 win over the other team. We all had pizza and salad afterwards and for being Co-MVP ... I got a package of $25 Starbucks Cards for winning it and we have 10 games left to go and then playoffs starts two days after Thanksgiving. Still at 248 pounds after eating our lunch at the pool.
