Some of these are really tough. Ditko/Lee should be there for Doctor Strange writer and both Ditko and Colan for artist. Barry Windsor-Smith should be there for Conan artist, except I don't think he captured the character himself as well as did Buscema/Alcala. And while Alan Moore was certainly the best SW writer and Wrightson the best artist, I'm not sure they would have worked well together - though I surely would have liked to see them try.
