They do turn up on ebay from time to time. I was in England earlier this year but drew blanks...again.... I'd guess it's taken me about 15 years to acquire the few copies I currently own, and I live here. They're pretty scarce.

Most of it didn't interest me much, although the era when Moore was appearing in Daredevils was a high point of any line. I'd be interested in a collection of Steve Moore's Black Knight too.

The Black Knight strip in Hulk Comic was by Steve Parkhouse (with John Stokes and Paul Neary) not Steve Moore.

Steve Parkhouse in fact, as mentioned above, and it has actually been collected! The entire Black Knight series is included in the line of Captain Britain trades released by Panini a few years ago, which are still fairly easy to find on Amazon. Just search for Captain Britain: The Siege of Camelot.

In the mid 70s, Marvel UK published at least three editions of "The Marvel Collection". These each contained several unsold copies of various Marvel reprint weeklies (including Super Spider-Man, Rampage and The Complete Fantastic Four) packaged together under new card covers.
