That JSA pinup by Murphy Anderson is stellar. Everything about is so well done. Neat, well composed, not a line wasted. All those characters, and the personalities come out to boot. Johnny Thunder can't keep quiet, as Mr.Terrific shoots him a look. Atom (naturally) in front b/c of his stature, and Robin b/c of his relative youth. Superman and Batman appropriately imperious. And of course, Ma Hunkel. Even through the soup pot you can see her expression as she looks a bit disdainfully at her namesake. Here's the original art. (Wish it were mine!)

#33 AquamanAlter Ego: Arthur Curry
This is my favorite outfit of Aquaman because of the Yellow Gloves and Fins on the bottom of his legs along with the striking Yellow "A" for Aquaman. It's perfect along with his blonde locks of hair you got a perfect complimentary color to go with the orange tunic and green leggings here. I just loved this outfit and I just don't quite understand why they change it during the Silver Age - I will never know why? I just feel that the yellow in this outfit makes it's special. It's worthy to be ranked at #33!

I liked Air Wave when I encountered him in Action Comics backups in about 1980 or so. Yeah, those old Atom & Air Wave backups were a lot of fun.

Superman and Batman appropriately imperious...Either that or they're cardboard cut-outs. Actually, they look like late or after-the-fact additions to the drawing (which, I agree, is excellent and seems "real," like Alex Toth's JSA drawing: )

#32 Plastic ManAlter Ego: Patrick "Eel" O'Brian It is plain red costume, goggle eyes, decorative belt, and pure & plain costume makes this a fan favorite. The Yellow and Black in his costume is placed in all the right areas and that alone makes Plastic Man one of the great costume of it's days. You just can't beat this costume! The Diamond in his decorative belt with alternate stripes of yellow and black - that alone is unique.

#31 Green ArrowAlter Ego: Oliver Jonas Queen Last of the Seven Soldiers of Victory Member. One thing about his costume it is very complimentary and well designed with the right touch of Green and Red. One thing about his costume that I wanted to bring up it is Red Feather in his Green Cap - that alone makes it a great costume for the period. It's a classic, clean, and all around and I wonder why they didn't kept this design in the Silver Age - it's baffled me even today. You just can't beat this!

I'm afraid I grew up with Green Arrow's 1970s costume, so for me, that will always be his definitive look.

#30 Johnny QuickAlter Ego: Johnny Chambers - He was a prominent member of the All-Star Squadron as well as husband to Liberty Belle. His daughter, Jesse Chambers, assumed his speed mantra and became Jesse Quick and served a short stint while with the Titans. One of the earliest speedsters using this "3X2(9YZ)4A" that was taught to him by Professor Gill, his mentor and friend and became a mystery men endowed with super speed. His colorful red and yellow costume along with his distinctive "eagle-like" chest insignia makes him unique and colorful in every way shape and form. His yellow gloves and red boots makes it special and that's makes him very unique. I find it clean, sleek, and defined.
