Saw the first episode of this series and it's... OK, I guess. But, I'm just not feeling it at the moment - hopefully will engage more as the series goes on

I'm all caught up as far as ep 9. Still feeling that it's not much more than OK. Found it pretty predictable, so far, and I'm really struggling to care much about the characters - losing Coulsen from the team has really hurt the dynamic, I think

I wasn’t paying attention so I missed season 6 completely, until I realized the DVR had recorded it anyway. I binged on it this week. Not quite as strong a season as the previous one, but still a pretty good one. I especially liked how the script used elements from previous seasons, making this one look like a logical continuation (as if it had all been planned all along, which it naturally wasn’t). And Enoch is just a riot. Agents of SHIELD is like Deep Space Nine in a sense: it started as a series meant to exploit a franchise, trying to cash in on the popularity of other shows or films. It had a bumpy ride at first while trying to find its feet, and then got into its own with lots of characters one comes to care for. I’m not sure I like the idea of Coulson as an LMD but I’m willing to give it a chance. The Sarge character, another idea I didn’t like, turned out to work out pretty well.

ive been catching up on season 5 and 6 of agents of shield on netflix for the past few days.
im already bored going through season 6. Its like a repeat or something of what they just went through in outer space in season 5.
im about to just quit watching it and move on and catch up on the Dark Crystal prequel and Walking Dead season 9 and i still need to watch Fear the Walking Dead seasons 1, 2 and 3 for DVD that i bought a few weeks ago from Walmart

My wife and I weren't thrilled with the first few episodes, but by the end of the season, we were like "that wasn't so bad". Not the show's strongest season by any stretch, but it was entertaining enough (and with the reduced number of episodes, the story kept moving forward without any filler episodes). Looking forward to S7, which is about five more than I thought it was going to get (and about three less than both Angel and Firefly deserved, but I'm not bitter or anything...)

so far i just started on episode 4 for season 6.
Im already tired of the show anyway. Season 6 feels like a repeat or at least a half of a reboot of Season 5 with nearly everyone in outer space again. the only interesting stuff was of Daisy and Simmons getting high on those puffies and thats it. then Fitz with Enoch theyre dragging the show slowly and frankly i cant stand the whole mystery of Sarge and why he and his gang are on Earth. Im just tired of the show.

Yeah, I felt the first few episodes were a bit slow and padded, but it really picked up around ep 6 or 7, and was pretty compulsive by the end. Having said that, I was watching as the eps came out, and I think that cadence really helps the show - kept me coming back for more when the content was a bit on the slow side

Im just tired of the show. It shows that you can’t please everyone; the outer space aspect worked for me far better than any attempt at cloak and dagger. It felt as if the writers suddenly didn’t feel that they had to soft-pedal the sci-fi aspect, and got to play with all their toys. My only disappointment was that Ghost Rider didn’t show up when the Fear dimension was accessed again. I would have been fine with the series ending after season 5, but if season 7 manages to maintain the same level of interest as the sixth, we won’t go down the route that the X-files traveled.

Well I dont like the whole outer space story arc at all. Fitz Simmons get separated again and again.
If theres even a Season 7 they need to go back to basics back to the beginning of what the show was supposed to be. SHIELD agents taking down HYDRA agents or whatever.
Not be screwing around in the galaxy looking for someone

I've seen all the seasons of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and can say that not all of them are excellent ones. In the last season they changed the direction and lots of people are confused. I think it will be better to keep the same direction.

Agents of SHIELD season 2: Kyle MacLachlan was by far the highlight of the series, though the Mr. Hyde form was a disappointing. Agreed. They should have just let him act the role as he had been doing, rather than put silly makeup on him.

First episode I actually paid half attention to in a while. Not bad. GR was kindve cool. Looked good but yeah the supernatural aspect is kindve out of place. And the ghost stuff seemed a bit silly. Just wish I gave a damn about anyone on the show. May is really the only interesting cool likable character. Fitz/Simmons and Coulson are ok but dull and stale at this point. And I've really grown to dislike daisy and the actress who plays her. Oh I don't like May at all! She is such a one-note character.

I just finished season 3. I enjoyed it even though I didn't find the Inhumans that interesting.
Anyone feel like twenty-some episodes is too long for a season? It did drag at times. I think the penultimate episode should have been the last. I don't understand why they didn't use one of those singularity devices on the Hive rather than capture it. Its escape was predictable.
Disappointed that there weren't more new characters from the comics. Also that Bobbi Morse was written out; she was one of my favorite characters.
The Alpha Primitives reminded me of Devo in this video:

A few episodes into the fourth season now. I really like the Ghost Rider, but I wish they'd given him a realistic skull rather than one that looks like a mask.
Should I know who Director Mace is? I felt like it was meant to be a big reveal but I had no clue. Have we even seen him before?
