He was also in an issue of The Metal Men! I think he actually showed up again just a few years ago. I love Egg Fu ! He was in 52 as Chang Tzu, riffing on M.O.D.O.K. kinda

A giant egg with a prehensile mustache? Sure, why not? He was also in an issue of The Metal Men! Actually, he wasn't. It was his "Robot Twin Brother" (no really), with a highly offensive speech pattern, Dr. Yes.

Okay, first, for anyone looking for some possiblities for your entry, please consider Blackhawk. Abandon logic, all ye who enter there. There are many lame-o's in Blackhawk's "rogues gallery," from the Snowman and the Jailer to "The Cavemen from 30,000 BC" and "The Super-Cavemen of 15,000 BC, from Killer Shark and Queen Killer Shark to the Human Starfish, from Mr. Beam to the Fireworks Master. And leave us not forget the immortal Hoopster, "the Villain with 1,000 Hoops." I would love to post any and all of these dastards, but decided to pay tribute to all of them by posting the cover below, showing a villain with a penchant for Blackhawk's antagonists, those most obscure of obscure villains. For your consideration, Blackhawk 174, featuring "The Man who Impersonated Villains."
