Tough week. Egg Fu, sadly, isn't obscure enough, and I've always liked Dr Bong and Paste-Pot Pete. I'd never heard of King Leer, but I love the name. And that Marvel Family cover made me laugh.
But bottom line, it's gotta be Mr Fish. I mean, c'mon, this ain't the Golden Age, or Silver Age DC, where silliness was rampant. This was the Marvel Age of Comics, and you spent maybe three seconds coming up with the guy's name? Sad.
My vote's for bert.

Yep, bert for me too. ...Who takes credit for that character by the way? Bill Mantlo. Apparently it was a last-minute fill-in type story.
