All I am saying is POST your image/issue cover & then walk away from this thread until voting time. It is not a difficult concept. If you reply & post an image of another's cover & say something positive...YOU ARE INFLUENCING how others may vote. I say this...just post your own submission & refrain from commenting on what others post. LET PEOPLE DECIDE AT THE END WHO AND WHAT THEY WILL VOTE FOR. I'm against anything that stifles discussion. The contest has run fine for many years across two sites without limitations on discussion. |

I think we understand your viewpoint and no, it's not a difficult concept. I hope you understand that others may not agree. My viewpoint is that this is for fun and limiting it to just a list of covers would pull a lot of the fun out of it. Speaking as someone who has participated almost every week, and only won once, I don't mind if comments I, or someone else, make influences someone to vote for another entry over mine. There's no prizes and this has no bearing on really anything of consequence. It's just for fun and I'd prefer to keep it that way.

Hell I am down for a reply to a reply to a reply........to infinity! It means people are doing what this forum is meant for! And while seeing the My Love cover a couple times might influence some, does it really matter? If its frustrating you that much, well maybe you are just a bit too competitive. Alas, my entry now.
