I'm looking at some Green Lantern issues because I remember Clark Kent making a cameo talking to Green Arrow during the Neal Adams run.

I know he was in a JLA cameo in Atom #8 against Dr. Light. He was at Hal's wedding in Green Lantern in the late 1970s. He was a guest at the Doom Patrol wedding where even Super Hip showed up. I think for Hawkman you have to wait until Shadow War in the Post Crisis era.

He definitely never showed up in Tomahawk! That would heve ruined the historical authenticity that title was well known for. He never showed up in the Robby Reed series in HOM, did he? Cause I know he never popped up in J'onn J'onzz's time there. He showed up in Wonder Woman 130, though he was not even mentioned on the cover. Who needs him when Mister Genie and Wonder Tot are doing the heavy lifting? Story reprinted in WW 211 (where he is shown on the cover) and he is again on the cover in 212 when I think the so-called trials of Wonder Woman begin so that she can regain her spot in the JLA.

I guess Thunder-Man in Tomahawk 107 doesn't count.

He used a time projector to watch Tomahawk's adventures as seen in the Bicentennial Celebration. The Dial H connection would be in New Adventures of Superboy #50 where it's taken from the Legion's time and winds up in Smallville in Superboy's era.

I have no clue about DC from the '90s onwards, but in the Silver/Bronze Ages, I don't believe he was ever in any of the science-fiction series like Strange Adventures or Mystery in Space(although he met characters like Adam Strange, the Atomic Knights, and the 'Forgotten Heroes', in DCCP). He also met both Omac and Kamandi in DCCP, having never met, or heard of, either character prior to that.)

While not appearing in Kamandi per se, the idea of Superman and his prescience was still used in the book...so still a marketing tool -M

The corollary question is..is there a smaller percentage of DC books that Superman hasn't appeared in than the percentage of Marvel books Spider-Man hasn't appeared in? Or Wolverine?
Superman was the flagship DC character for the most part of their 75 year history (1938-about 1990, then Batman taking over for the last quarter century.
Spider-Man was the flagship for almost all of Marvel's existence, with Wolverine being the poster child for gratuitous marketing guest star from the 90s onward (though Punisher gave hima run for him money in the 90s).
It's a pretty typical publisher move to get eyes on a book that might otherwise not get attention by slipping an appearance by the flagship character. It's just part of exploiting your properties to expand your customer appeal.
