Superman never appeared in Rex The Wonder Dog's comic but Rex made a surprise appearance in an issue of Krypto
I certainly have't read full runs of any of these, so how 'bout... I should have included these in my earlier post:

I have no clue about DC from the '90s onwards, but in the Silver/Bronze Ages, I don't believe he was ever in any of the science-fiction series like Strange Adventures or Mystery in Space(although he met characters like Adam Strange, the Atomic Knights, and the 'Forgotten Heroes', in DCCP). He also met both Omac and Kamandi in DCCP, having never met, or heard of, either character prior to that.) The JLA were in one Adam Strange story in mystery in space. Superman appeared, but only in flashback.

He only appeared in The Brave and the Bold's team-up era as a co-star once (#150), and was not given cover billing. Does Superboy count as Superman? Judges? If not, Superman did make...6?-ish? Appearances in Brave and the Bold (3 in the team-up era) but never made the cover.

I see he's listed as being in the Superboy team-up (hadn't recalled that), but what's the other one during the team-up run? Thought it might be in the Lois Lane issue, but GCD says no.

OK...he was in B & B #s 28-30, the Justice League tryouts; #150, as stated; # 172 (appearing with Flash and Wonder Woman, as they ask Batman to check up on Firestorm, the credited co-star that month); and #192(which, IMO, does count, as Superboy and Superman, in pre-Crisis days, were the same character at different ages). Jim Aparo, following instructions from writer Mike W. Barr, kept 'adult' Clark/Superman totally or partially obscured by shadows in that story(and Superboy was even a bit younger, around 14 or 15, as opposed to the 16 or 17 established in his solo title at that time). Bonus question: How many times does Batman appear in (the original) DC Comics Presents?

I can't see the image, and I didn't know it existed until 30 seconds ago, but I am pretty sure that is the greatest comic ever written. Damn, thought the cover image was good. Oh well But might as well fess up and tell you it was a fake. A great looking cover of Krypto # 35 with a 10 cent price. The image was in outer space among a swarm of meteorites with Krypto riding Comet The Super-Horse and yes it would have been one of DC's best

I am by no means a Superman expert, but I don't recall him in any of the big war books (Sgt. Rock, Star Spangled War, GI Combat). That is probably expected since they were not Superhero titles.
Also, I don't think he appeared in Freedom Fighters....

That, and # 50(the first team-up with Clark Kent) feature cameoes by 'Bat Bruce', in costume except for the cowl. Earlier, in an off-panel cameo # 8, after Superman's first encounter with Swamp Thing, Batman is heard over Superman's belt-buckle radio, assuring his pal that Swamp Thing is more benign than he seems. In # 15, Batman replaces a powerless Atom as Superman's relief for JLA monitor duty, and sends the other two to the Fortress to get the action rolling. And, finally, Batman actually co-stars in a DCCP story, alongside the Outsiders, in # 83.

I'm not sure of the issue # but I'm certain he appeared within the pages of PlopYes, there was a page of superhero gags, and one featured Superman in a 4-panel cartoon: Scene: Daily Planet/GBS building, Clark and Lois in an office. Panel 1: Lois falls out open window. Panel 2: Clark leaps out of window, with the thought bubble explaining that he reacted so quickly, he didn't take time to change cloths, and he just hopes Lois won't notice. Panel 3: Clark has caught Lois in mid-air. Not only does Lois notice, she explains she staged the whole thing, to trick Clark into giving away his secret. Clark looks noticeably pissed. Last panel: Back in the office, Clark is at his desk, when Perry White opens the door and asks,'Say Clark, have you seen Lois?' Clark replies, nonchalantly, 'Lois?' Oh, yeah... ...she fell out of the window.'
