Man I am digging these MechaGodzilla top 50 lists! I always learn about a new character or are reminded of a cool character that I had forgotten about. SpaceGhost is awesome! Totally had forgotten about him.

Special Announcement
Because of my involvement of my Water Polo League of which I'm the Hole Set (Center) Position and yesterday I had my first match that was a late night from 10 pm to 11:30 of which includes a 30 minutes practice session and we won by a score of 11 to 7.
I decided to do something very different from now on - Keep checking my Avatar and it will be changed every 3-5 days and I decided to change it today to the Logo of The Mighty Hercules and today I will start sharing some introductory stuff and then spend about 3-5 days going over stuff and because of my Water Polo Commitment - I have 49 matches to go and practices to attend and this point on my time in this forum will be limited.
It's starts now.
By time I reached Number 1 ... it will be probably be around Mid-December and having said that I'm bowing out of the Long Halloween Annual Tradition. I just don't have the time to do both.
I was thinking about it this morning

OK, I'm catching up a bit. I must confess that I've never heard of Gigantor.
I used to love Wolverine, he was perhaps my favorite X-Man at some point, but that was before the character got ruined. Bronze Age Wolverine = awesome, Modern Age Wolverine - ugh, enough already! Unfortunately, a lot of the nonsense that's gone on in the last 30 years in the X-Universe (and Wolververse, I suppose) has left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, and spoiled my enjoyment of the wonderful stories of the first 10 year of the "All-New, All-Different".
I really developed a fondness of Colussus when I re-read my X-Men collection (for the first time in a long time) a couple of years ago. He's a gentle giant with the soul of an artist, plus he's the one that really made the X-Men feel like a family. He seemed to think of Ororo as a big sister, and Nightcrawler and Wolvie as big brother.
I used to love the Space Ghost cartoon, though other than perhaps one or two episodes several years ago, it's been decades since I've seen it. Still, I'll have to seek it out and show my kids when they're a bit older. I didn't even realize that there were Space Ghost comics. The Gold Key one looks awesome, and the Marvel one looks pretty good.

#31 - The Mighty Hercules - Created by American Cartoons ProductionsWhen, I was a kid back then I watched this cartoon faithfully every single day from 7:15 to 7:30 on my local Television Station eating my breakfast cereal, orange juice, and etc. So that I can see two cartoons that being played at that time frame and I watched it faithfully for 1 year until the local television station pulled the plug. Then off to school at 7:45 waiting for the bus to show up. This cartoon is one of the most memorable cartoon when I was growing up and the lyrics of the Opening Sequence was Inspiring and Goofy at the time and I still can sing it today by heart. The Opening Sequence was sung by Johnny Nash a very popular Canadian Singer and one of my favorites as well. Opening LyricsHercules, hero of song and story. Hercules, winner of ancient glory. Fighting for the right, Fighting with his might, With the strength of ten ordinary men. Hercules, people are safe when near him. Hercules, only the evil fears him. Softness in his eyes, Iron in his thighs, Virtue in his heart, Fire in every part, Of the Mighty Hercules. You TubeClosing LyricsJoin us at his side, Standing there with pride, Victory is here, Raise a mighty cheer, At the sight of Hercules You Tube The Lyrics were sung by Johnny Nash, a Popular Canadian Singer. The Logo of the Mighty HerculesRing of The Mighty HerculesI've never brought one but I had several friends that did and it's was somewhat pricey back then but it was a cool thing to have. Here's what it's look like in the early 60's. Board Game of The Mighty HerculesI've a friend in my neighborhood that had this game and we play it on a monthly basis for about year or so until we got tired of it. It was a pretty easy game to play and both of us won an equal amount of wins. Based on the television cartoon show. In the next three days - starting tomorrow - I will share some animated cartoons that I like and try to answer any questions if you like and I will be sharing some characters that I do know quite well and I will be doing that too.

Six Main Players on the Mighty HerculesZeusYou have to watch the original episode of the Mighty Hercules to fully understand what his role in his cartoon and he was more like a Father/Mentor that's cares about his son Hercules and that's why he invented the Magic Ring allows him full access of the godly powers that been referred in several cartoons as the Thunder of Zeus. With that Ring, he is transformed from a mortal Hercules to ever-powerful Hercules with God-Like Powers and the strength that the world that never seen before. Zeus cares about Hercules and that's where the Magic Ring came to place. Because Hercules cares about the people down on Earth/Kingdom of Caledon of which Prince Dorian later King rules. To me, Zeus wears two hats - One as a Father and One as a Mentor and that's the beauty of this Cartoon Series. HelenaHercules's Girlfriend and one of the Sweetest Lady in this beloved Cartoon and she adores Hercules and wanted love and nurture him and I see her like a Lois Lane in her relationship with Superman and she sees Hercules as the Hope for the Kingdom of Caledon and when you watch this cartoon it's shows that and she wants to reward him with a kiss and that's made Hercules blush and that's the beauty of their relationship. A very lovely blonde and with a heart of gold. Caring, Gentle, and full of love for his boyfriend - Hercules. When, I watch this cartoon her loveliness reminds me of Aphrodite - the Greek God of Beauty and that's one way to incorporate her in this cartoon series and that's one of the many reasons why this cartoon was a success because of her strong feminine presence in this cartoon series. Newton Hercules's closest friend and a trusted sidekick. He's very much took on the role of a trusted sidekick/friend that made this cartoon very popular with kids back then and that's why he wanted to help Hercules so much and I was kind of surprised that they made him a half human / half centaur and the reason for that they wanted to incorporate some of the Greek Mythology into the cartoon series and that's made it quite successful. He was loyal, helpful, and pretty much an all round good guy that's assisted Hercules in so many ways more than one. I really grew in fond of him as the show progresses. Prince Dorian (later King)He's the Ruler of Caledon that's did not appear very much in this cartoon series and more like a supporting cast member than a central key member of this beloved cartoon series. I have mixed feelings about this character and having watched several of these cartoons - I felt that he was a bit too young to be a Prince later King. But, reading books of Ancient Greeks and several other Kingdoms in the past they often have young princes and kings that serve as rulers of their own kingdom and havin said that he was a very concerned for his people and he often needed help in form of Hercules that came from Mount Olympus to assist his kingdom whatever his services required. PegasusAnother mythological creature and one thing that hit me like a ton of bricks and I did not realize it now that his coloring of his noble beast is white with wings. He is Hercules transportation of a sorts and sometimes they use him in several cartoons and this idea came to mind. He's looks a lot like Lone Ranger Horse Silver and that's made this show popular back then. As a grew older - I felt that this character did not get much notice and I wished that they used him more and more. He was majestic and was a dear friend to Hercules. TewtA cute little friend of Newton and Hercules that's made a show a hit back then and basically he's a a small satyr who vocalizes only by playing his syrinx or pan flute to communicate to Newton and Hercules. Newton is only one that can understand him first, later on Hercules, and others namely Helena. He's more like a sidekick for Newton and that's pretty much sums up Tewt.

Top Three Villains of The Mighty HerculesNumber One - DaedalusMy favorite show involving Daedalus is the 14th Show of the Mighty Hercules entitled "Medusa Scepter" and it's involved Daedalus using the Scepter to turn citizens including Prince Dorian into Stone. It's one of the most suspenseful shows ever and I truly enjoyed the special effects back then. Video Length: 5:43 Number Two - Wilhamene My favorite show involving Wilhamene is she uses her evil ways to use a giant sea creature to crush ocean-faring vessels to call out Hercules and this show was the 1st appearance of this evil woman and her pet bird trying to destroy our hero and making a mess (something to do with Hercules Girlfriend) of things. Excellent Show and one of the best I seen. The Show Title was "The Sea Serpent" Video Length: 4:19 Number Three - Mask of VulcanMy favorite show involving the Mask of Vulcan was the show "The Defiant Mask of Vulcan" of which a blacksmith a very sinister on made it so invincible that it's takes the combined might of the Mighty Hercules to stop him. This is really an exciting show to watch when I was a kid and it still is. Video Length: 4:25 Poster that I have a Copy of:

#30 - Green Hornet and Kato - ABC Television ShowNote to All: I'm not going to discuss the Green Hornet Movie that came out a 3-5 years ago, the radio shows, and I'm might take a gander at the movie serials in the 40's of which Keye Luke as Kato. If I do, it will take a day or two to cover it. Gordon Jones was the Green Hornet when Keye played Kato. I really do not know much about Gordon Jones now, but in my youth I did and lost lots of memory about him. Bruce Lee as Kato ... Van Williams as the Green Hornet! Green Hornet IntroductionFrom WikipediaBritt's dual identity is known only to his secretary at The Sentinel, Lenore "Casey" Case and the District Attorney Frank P. Scanlon. I want any member (please explain this to me) here why Britt's dual identity was known to his secretary at the Sentinel better known to us as Lenore Case? ... I know the District Attorney's role on the show; but why his secretary?Anyway, this is a great show and only ran for 1 Season for ABC Network. The ABC network cancelled the show after the 2nd part of the "Invasion from Outer Space" and that's really hurt Van Williams because he told some people that his pride got hurt and I felt that I met him once and did not want to ask him that question and I didn't because I wanted to respect his legacy on the show and along his memory of Bruce Lee as well. After that cancellation of the 26th show they re-ran the entire show again as repeats and as soon they did that the show was officially off the air for good. Van Williams is a great guy to be with and I have fond memories taking to him in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and paid $25.00 for some pictures; met Adam (Batman) West again and found out that they are good friends and were very nice to me. Both Van and Adam West were together at the time and they were singing autographs and so forth. I paid $25.00 for a bunch of photos and I will be sharing some of them tomorrow. Because of the complexity of this show and possible coverage of the Movie Serials - I'm might take me extra day to cover everything because their is so much to cover and I want to share my thoughts of Batman 66 meets the Green Hornet Comic Books as well and it's unbelievably fantastic! Batman 66 meets the Green Hornet.Let's roll Kato!

My Dad listened to Green Hornet on the radio as a kid & when he appeared on the Batman TV show I remember him watching those episodes with me. I think he also watched the GH TV show. My Dad was the one who first told me the connection between the Green Hornet & the Lone Ranger (another radio & TV show my Dad enjoyed). I loved the Batman shows when the Green Hornet was a guest star!

Sadly, I don't remember much about the Green Hornet show except that I loved that great opening theme! I know what you mean here ... I was 7 years old when it's came on and my parents are debating whether I watch it with my three older brothers and in the last minute ... my parents said to me go ahead and watch it with your older brothers. I was hooked and I watched all 22 shows and I was sad to hear that they canceled it.
