Cast of Lois and Clark - The New Adventures of SupermanLeft to RightLane Smith as Perry White Justin Whalin as Jimmy Olsen Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane Dean Cain as Clark Kent/Superman K Callen as Martha Kent Eddie Jones as Jonathan Kent And, John Shea as Lex Luthor To bad, that they killed him off too soon and that's killed the show longevity and I felt that they did not give him enough credit for playing Lex Luthor. I was very disappointed in that alone and having said that left me in bad mood when they killed him off and I did not enjoy Season 4 of this series. Season 4 was a down year for me and they started to make changes to the show and that's was killed it. I find him perfect for that role and you may not agree with me; but he was the best Lex Luthor since Gene Hackman. I put him over Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor in Superman Returns.

Fun Time with Lois and Clark Lois Lane as Ultra Woman This is got to be one of the craziest ideas that they did on this show and I find it to be quite challenging for both Teri Hatcher and Dean Cain to have their roles reversed and this is done is a way that showcased their other abilities as an Actor and Actress on this show. But, I loved it anyway and this is one of my favorite shows in Lois and Clark - The New Adventures of Superman.

Surprise Guest Star - Raquel Welch as Diana StrideI was totally shocked when she made an appearance on this show and having said that she was great as villainous Diana Stride and I wanted to link a video called Top Copy to this site and I found out it's cost $1.99 to watch it and I decided not to. It was a fun show to watch and she even discovered who was Superman's Secret Identity that she can't even proved that. I just watched that show a couple weeks ago at a friend place and I totally forgot how good she was. Any, I put this together in the last minute because I wanted to share some of the great Guest Stars that they had and she was one of them!

Number 2 - George Reeves - TV Best SupermanFeatured Video: Superman saves Lucy, colorized by CBS. Without the shadow of the doubt, George Reeves is still the TV's Best Superman in existence and forever be. I watched countless reruns of this great television show in the 50's and there are so many great shows that were made and I consider the Panic in the Sky the best show ever and so were others as well. George Reeves did the role as he supposed to be and has the right stuff to do it every single time he put on that suit of his and one thing that I learned through the internet that he burned his suit right after the season is over and they constantly making new suits for him each season because he hated the role so much; but had an obligation to the contract that he signed. That's only thing that I learned was bad. I have mixed feelings about the show itself and the reasons why is that 40 percent in Black and White and the rest in Color. I find that the Black and White Shows were superior than the Color ones because the B/W had more mystery and suspense than the dynamics of color shows. It's still true and I even asked my friends at the LCS and they all prefer the Black and White Shows. George did some of his stunts on the show and had a stunt double for emergencies and he was a real trooper in doing some of his own stunts of which he often gets injured and had to do the show despite being injured. I find that impressive to know. Anyway, I find him very gracious and had to conceal his smoking habits when on set and around people especially kids that looked up to him as a God and that alone made him uncomfortable to know. Getting back to Gracious he felt that doing appearances was a moral obligation and felt that he need to do this to keep his fan base happy. George Reeves is a legend in his own time and sad to see him had an untimely death that was ruled by suicide and too many unanswered questions surrounding it. My older brothers were crying when they heard that he died and I was barely six months when my brothers learned about his death. I just wanted to report all this and I still think that he did a great job as Superman!

Clark Kent Car on the Series1953 Nash-HealeyOne of the neatest car that I ever saw in the Adventure of Superman and one of the most recognizable as the Car that Clark Kent drives around for assignments for the Daily Planet. Please read the link for more information about that car and I learned through the internet that this car had some connections to Toni Mannix. I really do not know much about it and I tried to understand the complexity of this relationship and how this affects the death of George Reeves. George Reeves and Toni Mannix

George Reeves was a classy Clark Kent and Superman. Those shows are fun to watch. One thing about the Superman section...it made me realize every generation has a Superman. For my Dad, George Reeves is THE Superman. For me, it is Christopher Reeve. For younger folks, it will be Henry Cavill or Tyler Hoechlin. It is nice to see Superman span so many generations!

Number One Superman of All-Time - Christopher Reeve The Best of the BestTo me, he is the Man that defined Superman and exploded on the Scene in SUPERMAN THE MOVIE back in 1978. When it's hit the theaters - I saw this movie about 5 times before it's was removed from the big screen and I just could not get my eyes of him the two pictures of Christopher Reeve are my absolute favorites and believe me he was THE PERFECT SUPERMAN that you can have and he was born to play it. He was perfection! I just can't describe how well he did in this role and having said that I'm just can't describe my feelings towards him and his magnificent performance as the MAN OF STEEL. In this movie - I was very impressed by the Flying Sequences that he performed in this movie and I actually believe that a Man can FLY. Everything about it from start to finish was inspiring and make you believe in a SUPERHERO can be. I will be sharing two videos in my next post that I consider the best scene and a even more perfect ending to SUPERMAN THE MOVIE and I was in awe of the many performances of BRANDO, HACKMAN, and REEVE. These three were the stars of that movie and the big TRIO has never, ever failed me to be entertained by all this. This movie was epic, beyond EPIC and the way they did this movie is the testament for all Superheroes Movies that should be made. I consider this movie the CREAM OF THE CROP and no one can't deny that. Superman I and Superman II were the best movies and I was very sad to say this that I did not care for Superman III and IV but - if I had to pick one of the other to be the Bronze Medal for Christopher Reeve's performance - I would give the nod to Superman IV because he had to contend with Nuclear Man an invention by Lex Luthor - played by Gene Hackman. One of my major beef about these three movies is the fact that Gene Hackman was in three of them and I wished they had found actors to play Brainiac, Toyman, and anyone different beside him. I like the 2nd movie better than the 1st because it's gave Christopher Reeve a new challenge to face three villains from Krypton - notably General Zod. Anyway, he is amazing actor and I was stunned that he was virtually was a nobody until he was selected to the part and what a find by Producer Pierre Spengler and Director Richard Donner to find an actor to fill in the tights of Superman; but the real credit goes to Alexander Salkind that hired him for that part alone. Alexander Salkind gets the win and what a win it was!

Featured Videos
I have a confession to make - I have seen these videos over and over and over again and never, ever got tired of watching them because these gives me goosebumps every time I watched them.
And, they still do. Last time I watched these two videos a mere minutes ago and I have them bookmarked on my computer!
That's how I loved them!
The Helicopter Scene is the CREAM OF THE CROP!
