During the 'Court of Owls' story arc, Batman found out that Nightwing had been chosen to be one of the Court's Talons, and had a special compound implanted in a tooth that would let the Court control him, or something. So does Bruce sit Dick down and explain this, maybe offer to have Alfred remove the tooth for him? Naah. . .  That was terrible! It was as bad the fight they just had in the last issue of Nightwing. |

I'm surprised no one has mentioned The Joker cutting his own face off.   and then wearing it.   I wouldn't mention it, cuz I love it. It exemplifies the Joker's unpredictable madness. |

John Byrne occasionally brings up a scene in Peter David's Aquaman where he has a character fall out of a window, underwater. Anyone have a scan of this?

I was just looking at Namor drinking out of a mug underwater in, I think, Priest's Black Panther, which has more than its share of boneheaded artist renditions. (Official answer to the buckskins politician in Enemy of the State 2: He's on his way to a costume party.) |
