I usually don't purchase modern books, let alone variants, but I had to get this amazing Vampirella issue/cover.  You'd think the stake thing would make vampires more careful about splinters. |

They are very good with top notch art. It’s a whole new universe and refreshing. I really really wanted to like these, because I agree its nice to see new stuff. I pulled Redcoat and Rook for the first story lines and they just didn't really engage me, Redcoat is a bit all over the place and Rook was just kinda meh, neither pulled me in. I know the intent is some sort of team book at some point but that seems weird too. I might continue to read them for free on Hoopla but I dropped them from my pull list. |
