This is really a tough contest for me, as Perez is possibly my favourite comics artist. It was his work on JLA and Titans that really cemented me on comics in my teens when I might otherwise have drifted away. Choosing just one cover to post seems almost impossible, and I'm certain choosing who to vote for will be just as difficult. So many of my favourites have already been posted, I decided to dig around and see if I could find something a little more obscure. This is the only example I know of of Perez drawing one of my favourite characters:  |

It is very difficult. I could quite happily have posted the covers to MTIO #62 or COIE #6 just as easily as the one I eventually picked.

 of Not the most detailed cover George Perez has done, but I like its simplicity and the issue itself marks the end of an era, the last of the Steve Englehart Avengers, and so it's significant for that reason as well. Also perhaps the last appearance of the only version I like of one of my favourite characters, Moondragon - though Perez drew her again in this style on a few covers, like the Marvel Two-in-One posted by Tingrametro above. |

Was real tempted to go with the gatefold version of this, I really love the imagery, love that he's worthy, he's one of the few who sheild weld Cap's shield, and its a crossover thats actually worth reading...purty pitcha too. |
